Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Their product is not what it claims to be. The product is called Coolizi Cooling Ace. You deal with a seller called ‘ChicCharm’.
The product was supposed to be like a portable air cooler but it does not perform as advertised. Their website and marketing materials state that the unit can “cool down any space in seconds” and “turn hot air into cool, refreshing air.” In reality, the unit functions as nothing more than a basic fan and provides no meaningful cooling whatsoever.
In addition, the battery life is completely unacceptable. The unit runs for just under one hour on a full charge, which is entirely inconsistent with how the product is marketed and renders it impractical for any real use. They advertise as being made in USA but in reality you are dealing with someone in Kowloon China! Their website looks legit but it’s fabricated lie.
I went through PayPal thankfully and was successful in my dispute in getting a refund albeit out of pocket for return postage of $40. Buyer beware ! I unfortunately wasn’t!
