I cannot recommend Corner Park Garage based on my experience.

I purchased a 2013 Audi A5 Cabriolet which began showing faults almost immediately. During the test drive, I pointed out that the radio/MMI was intermittently losing power. I was assured this would be rectified, but it wasn’t.

Within the first day of ownership, I reported numerous additional faults including electrical issues, a Xenon headlight fault, boot release failure, electric roof failure, electronic parking brake problems and multiple warning lights. I later discovered standing water around the electronic modules in the boot, indicating water ingress.

Corner park said they would collect the vehicle for repair multiple times and all were failed promises and car was never collected. I then managed to get the car there myself.

The vehicle spent a considerable amount of time back with the dealership for investigation. Throughout this period, communication was extremely poor. I repeatedly had to chase for updates, emails were largely ignored, promised callbacks never happened and I was frequently told that someone would contact me, only for nobody to do so. I was left constantly having to chase for information instead of being kept informed.

To make matters worse, the courtesy vehicle I was provided raised concerns regarding its tax and MOT status, yet my emails asking for clarification went unanswered. I had to make my own arrangements for transport as the courtesy car provided had no tax or MOT.

After weeks of investigation, I was eventually informed that the vehicle had suffered an ECU failure and could not be repaired due to high costs. I was offered either a replacement vehicle from their forecourt or a refund and chose the refund.

Unfortunately, even after the refund was agreed, the poor communication continued. The dealership retained my Audi, my part exchange and my £6,898, yet I still found myself repeatedly chasing for updates on when my money would be returned. Despite numerous emails, I received very few meaningful responses.

It is also important to note that Corner Park Garage does not inform the DVLA when you part exchange a vehicle. The vehicle remains in your name unless you notify the DVLA yourself, and failing to do so could leave you at risk of motoring offences and fines. DVLA will notify you via email and post when a transfer is completed and issue you a refund for any tax you are owed. I only found out this when i cancelled the direct debit for the part exchange to then recieve a letter from DVLA saying my car is untaxed and action will be taking if the vehicle tax remains unpaid. I have now notified DVLA that im no longer the owner.

The most disappointing aspect of this entire experience was not just the faults with the vehicle, but the lack of communication and the amount of time and effort I had to spend chasing the dealership. As a customer, I should not have had to fight for updates at every stage of the process.

While I appreciate that the dealership ultimately agreed to refund me after concluding the vehicle could not be repaired, the overall experience caused significant inconvenience, uncertainty and frustration.

I fully understand that used cars can develop issues and I give corner park every opportunity to put things right. if corner park had dealt with the issue more professionally and kept me informed throughout instead of ignoring me and me having to chase them, then I would have considered buying here again. clearly corner park wants nothing to do with customers soon as the sale goes through. no after care from them at all.

After having to chase them and all the worry I was put through, I got the refund but it wasn’t easy.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from Corner Park Garage.

Please learn from my mistake! Do not buy a car from this garage unless you have viewed it and had an Independent Inspection Report done. My mistake was to buy a car and get it delivered!! Said car had been involved in a rear end collision before being returned to Motobility. It had then been cosmeticly but not structurally repaired and sold on to me! Needles to say, after a long process I have rejected the car, but it is now being offered for sale again. If you are looking at buying the Purple Renault Zoe 23 plate, take a long hard look at it! Oh, and for some reason, the mileage listed is just over 300miles less than it was returned with! You're welcome.

Buying the car was easy but the after care is seriously lacking. No updates, little communication and 2 month's after buying my car, the issue is still not resolved.

Salesman allowed us to browse at our own pace no hard sell gave great service when we decided to purchase car all told a good experience

Excellent professional service by Neil. Very efficient! Took my car for its first drive out today and I am really pleased with it. Would definitely recommend this company and use it again.

Process was explained well and friendly staff. However, Car was not cleaned out before being picked up, as promised.

Everyone was very helpful and kind as I found the whole process quite stressful. They were courteous and supportive all the way through.

Easy transaction. Bought a little clearance runaround on spec without seeing it. Was delivered a day or so later.
Happy with the car, needs a little tlc but I expected that. I’d use them again without a second thought

One or two small issues with my purchase of a Skoda Yeti were dealt with in friendly manner and Kim was true to his word and very trusting. Issues solved to my satisfaction thank you!

I have got to be honest, this is the easiest experience I have ever had in buying a car. Sam the salesman in the Swansea branch was very helpful during the process.

This garage Iv used for 10-15 years when it come to the cars at the fear and low price for the year the car is!

Iv bought a er the years half a dozen cars and never had a single issue with it. Maybe, due to my lack but never the less, I’ll go back to them again and again…

Able to wander around without being hassled. On request we had the keys to the cars we were interested in so that we could explore them further. Booked a test drive to take my chosen car for a spin . Not at all pushy . Sale was processed easily and smoothly with help on all admin procedures. Was able to drive away that day as car had already been serviced and motd. Very pleased

They were lovely. The gave us time to look, decide and test drive any cars we were interested in. They weren't pushy at all, they explained everything very well and allowed us time to fully look around the garage. I love my new car, its perfect!! Thank you very much
