Agree with the other reviews on here I’ve just found. Avoid the Jon Kelly from corporate clothing at all costs. My experience with him has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. He makes endless promises that never materialise, constantly blames fake supplier or delivery issues, and keeps customers waiting for months. Most of his communication happens through Facebook, which seems to be where he finds most of his victims.
When I finally lost patience and asked to cancel, Jon Kelly demanded a 25% “restocking fee” despite never having delivered the items. It’s complete nonsense and just another tactic to keep your money. The moment you stand your ground, he becomes aggressive and manipulative, threatening to damage your business reputation and even sending screenshots of your business page to intimidate you.
Dealing with him genuinely made me question my own sanity at times, he twists conversations, denies what he’s said, and constantly shifts the blame. It’s classic narcissistic behaviour and utterly exhausting.
Despite repeatedly promising a refund and claiming multiple times that payment was “on the way,” I’ve not received a single penny. Instead, I’ve been sent bizarre photos and messages blaming me for supposedly giving the wrong bank details, which is completely untrue.
Once he realises you’re onto him and his lies aren’t working anymore, Jon Kelly will block your calls and messages, a childish and completely unprofessional move that says everything you need to know about how he operates.
I have since placed an order with another reputable supplier online and received my goods within the week, a complete breath of fresh air after months of frustration with Jon Kelly.
At this point, I can only assume I’ll need to pursue the matter through the small claims court. Once I looked deeper, I found numerous similar complaints and worrying information about Jon Kelly and his business on both Trustpilot and Companies House.
Save yourself the stress, the money, and the emotional drain, do not deal with Jon Kelly.

Just received my order ahead of time. I have worked with this company for years and I have never had a bad batch yet! Jon is wonderful to work with and really helps you take your business to the next level. I have recommended this business to all my friends who are small businesses owners and they have all had the same brilliant experience! Thanks Jon looking forward to doing business again with you in the future
If I could give 0 I would! Complete and utter con man! Wish I read these comments before I ordered from him. Ordered just under a £1000 worth of stuff and have got 0 items! Only just got married and he’s done us over I don’t know what sort of scumbag would do that! He’s abusive and love’s to shout at women down the phone. He’s a complete scumbag! Just what we want before Christmas! I don’t know why people like this are still walking. We’ll see who has the last laugh! It’ll be easier just send us the money back I promise you!
Placed an order totalling £3500 less than two weeks ago for my opening of my second business, I had no artwork just a vision of what I wanted it to look like, Jon took my vision and produced a perfect artwork sample for me and subsequently continued to then produce my uniform, it arrived promptly this morning and was exactly what I wanted!! Can not recommend enough, I went from nothing to a full kit out of uniform in less than two weeks!
Just received delivery of order excellent service.
I placed an order , poor quality , never received £902 worth of the rest of the order
He blocked me on all forms of contact
Emails of abuse calling me and my business
Wish I had read all these before doing so
He is a complete con man
DO NOT BUY from him
I’m going to his house tonight let’s see what that brings !!!!
Update
————-
The reply he’s just sent is a load of rubbish
His typical response when someone goes to his house asking where their money is
Typical MO blocks your contact as soon as you start asking questions as to why he’s had money by deception
This man is rude , aggressive , threatening
And I have also reported him to the police for threatening me , I will get my money, hex has conned the wrong person this time
I hope no one else has to go through what I’ve been through
He will no doubt go bankrupt again petty criminal !!!

I have a cheap and cheerful vehicle for sale. I am a sole trader after leaving my full time employment the year before post heart attack. I now sell the odd car from home. On this occasion I bought a vehicle at trade value, a very high mileage 13 year old Skoda. It had an abs light on, I figured out costs to get the repair and a couple of other things to tidy it up. So I proceeded to advertise at £1,800 and being open and honest as always put on the ad that an abs sensor needed replacing, and I would do it over the coming days. Jon popped up offering me £1,000… so thinking a little cheeky, however god loves a tryer. So I worked it out making it very clear he would be buying it as it is without me carrying out the further work on the abs etc. said he would have an issue getting a lift, so I offered to deliver it. We agreed £1,150 delivered as is. To be honest the weather wasn’t on my side and I didn’t want to work out in the bad conditions anyway.
Jon then said to send my bank details and he would drop me a deposit. So everything cool so far. Didn’t hear anything for about 5 days and no deposit yet, to which I presumed life is getting in the way. I messaged Jon asking if he was still interested. He replied with “deffo!” He’s scraping the money together and he’s up to £900. Which I thought was odd due to his bragging.
The following week we are organising the delivery of said car. I had to ask my Wife to see if she was free to come and help. Prior to me leaving to Jon’s house, I wanted to have a telephone call with him to check him out and suggest getting it taxed. So we did, he was swearing his head off and bragging about how cheap everything was as he used to have a Rangerover before and the tyres were really expensive, and he hadn’t driven for 3 years due to a drink driving ban and his insurance was really expensive now. So whatever.. I transfer the Skoda into Jon’s name purely on trust alone, no money involved at this point. And proceed to take a pic of the car warming up on the driveway before setting off, (nice thing to do.) to send to Jon. I drove out of my village and the dash lights up and the car goes into limp mode I had used it a few times that week too. I was gutted. So I got it back on my driveway and rang Jon explaining what had happened and that I would fix it for him before bringing it up to him. He asked how long and I said I would hopefully get it done that day. My heart was racing at this point, feeling stressed and worrying due to having transferred everything. He agreed at that point, then messaged me 10 mins later saying..” I’m gonna leave it”.
I thought fair enough, I get it. Then gave him some instructions about sending the new V5 back to me asap when he receives it so I can make dvla aware and when it is fixed I can move it on. Left it until the following week and sent him a couple of messages as a reminder. Nothing… so I emailed him today asking extremely politely for him to forward me the new V5. His response was, only if I pay him the £113 deposit he lost for his insurance. I responded asking him not to be awkward as it wasn’t my fault he had trouble getting insurance with his predicament and had to pay that before he gets the car. (Since he has admitted he got his deposit back minus an admin charge!) He has been very awkward which has left me trying to get a replacement V5. And the problem is getting sorted now at a cost of £500, so I can sell again at the higher price to cover it. He is a massive narcissist saying how he runs this big company and how he has had a Bentley before etc. full of it! And in one email he suggested if I wanted a ride up the road, I could have it out with him. What an absolute xxxxx of a man! I fully agree he triggered my ego and we had a childish slagging match via email. Said he would make it as awkward as possible for me now and said that was karma for selling dodgy cars. I’ve been nothing but honest and fair. I didn’t want to do this, however.. since being on here, himself and his business have taken a bit of a hammering on reviews and he is generally not a nice individual. So good riddance!

I wish that I could give a zero star review. Jon is rude and unprofessional. He has stolen £1350 of our money. Please do not trust this man. Our order was placed 6 month ago and not delivered. Jon will not take our calls or answer emails. He will however answer text massages to say "cool get a solicitor" We are taking legal action against his Micky Mouse company.
After 11 months of waiting for 28 quarter zips, I have decided to take this public. After having my emails requesting confirmation of delivery responded to with ‘I can’t reply in the drop of a hat’, and the company stalling the process for nearly a year I have lost hope in ever seeing my 28 fleeces. I ordered the fleeces nearly a year ago (in January). Half of the staff who ordered fleeces have now left, and so, no longer need the fleeces. I have asked Jon numerous times to either confirm that our needed outstanding fleeces would be delivered or whether we could have a refund. He often ignores these emails and has even replied with ‘I don’t know how many times I need to repeat myself. I can only embroider the garments as they arrive.’, despite us waiting 11 months and having had no money refunded. Of course, he is also unable to provide proof of postage. My last colleague who was in contact with Jon got so fed up of asking for a confirmation of delivery/update on the fleeces that she asked for a full refund, which we have of course not received.
Dear Jon, as you are unable to respond to my emails, I hope that instead this review finds you well. I am still expecting the needed fleeces as mentioned in my email. As I have also mentioned, if you cannot provide the fleeces by Christmas, we will require a full refund. As I have received no response to confirm a refund or shipment after 11 months I hope you can understand why I have had to take this public. Can you either ship the fleeces or respond to my emails so that we can work out a refund?
Corporate Clothing owner Mr.Jon Kelly
We have worked as a vendor for Digitizing and Artwork Services for nearly 4 months.
He usually pays our invoice by one-month late. We have raised our invoice for
the month of (November 21 - December 21 )- $ 349. We did not get that payment So,
We included the January month invoice into the last month - $ 53 Total - $ 402.
We try to reach him through emails, Whatsapp messages, and phone calls but
we did not get any response from him. So, We are here on social media. So you guys
help us on this to get your friend Jon Kelly to pay our invoice.
Excellent company. Had issues with artwork which they sorted out professionally and the final product was delivered ahead of schedule and perfect.
I ordered a fleece and a polo shirt from this company, told 7-10 days delivery, it took 3 weeks and when the item came the incorrect badge was put on, which was very poor quality.
Got in touch with the Company and customer service was non existant.
I requested the correct badge and was told that was what I had ordered.
Colleagues had also ordered and got the correct badge but one of our group is still waiting for a replacement plus a polo shirt which he has not yet received.
Do not use this Company, shoddy products, no customer care and terrible customer service.
