Be very careful with the company that is representing themselves as Cosa Bella. There website is cosa-bella.co. They are ripping people off!!!! It's unfortunate that the real cosa bella gets hits for it but people be aware. The real Cosa Bella's website is cosabella.com. BE AWARE!

Be careful. There is genuine Cosabella website cosabella.com but there is also another website that mimics them called cosa-bella.co.

DO NOT ORDER FROM cosa-bella.co they are fake and will ot send ypu the items ypu have ordered. Its a scam and a con

So there’s a spam site that mimicked cosa Bella and has incorrect order numbers and such, so I got ahold of cosa Bella and discussed everything and they have been getting calls over the weekend about this company so customer service was helpful!

It`s now been 12 days since I ordered a birthday gift for my wife. I was given a bogus tracking number that was never live, the pack was never sent. Now through email cosabella claims the pack has gone missing and they will start investigation with UPS, straight up lies! Horrible customer service after failure to ship products. What a clown operation.

Just arrived and had to try on immediately. The pieces I ordered are absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly. Thank you.

I bought 2 of their "ultracurvy" bras advertised for small bust and large cup. As someone who wears 32GG UK / 70I EU, it sounded almost too good to be true. And sadly, it was.

Sizing appears to use the old "+4"method, i.e. adding 4 inches to you band measurement. The XS, advertised as 30-32 G-H UK, is actually more like a 34-36 F. As a 32GG, I could fit my whole hand under the band, i.e. no support at all, even if cup size was OK. Definitely not right for small bust&large cup, though it could be OK if you have a larger bust (but I bet there are many other nice bras at this price point).

You would never guess looking at the reviews on their website, because the lowest published rating is 4/5 stars. A few weeks ago I wrote a 2 star review, I even got the discount code for writing it, but weeks later it hasn't been published! Very questionable business practice.

Last bit not least, a note about returns. It was a bit confusing as Italian and English instructions didn't match, but customer care was helpful and I got my full refund quickly.

Absolutely love this product. The lace is so soft and beautiful and the fit perfect. The package came within a week after ordering. I actually like this product better than Hanky Panky. It’s made in Italy and it’s a family owned business. That means something in my world.

Der Kundenservice ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Miserable Größenberatung, es dauert ewig bis auf eine Mail geantwortet wird und dann noch das Prozedere mit der Rücksendung... Nie wieder! Man erwartet besonders gute Qualität, so teuer wie die Produkte sind - auch das kann ich nicht wirklich bestätigen. Zudem wurde nirgends erwähnt, dass man als Kunde das Porto für die Rücksendung selbst zu zahlen hat oder dass reduzierte Ware vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen ist. Wie stellt sich Cosabella das vor, dass man direkt die richtige Größe bestellt, wenn man die Produkte nicht kennt und keine hilfreiche Größenberatung erhält? Immerhin geht es nicht um T-Shirts sondern um Unterwäsche, was sich oft genug sogar im Geschäft schwierig gestaltet. Als Dankeschön für dieses sehr frustrierende Shopping-Erlebnis bleibe ich nun auch noch auf den Portokosten für die Rücksendung sitzen und muss einen BH behalten, der nicht passt, da reduzierte Ware nicht zurückgegeben werden kann. Ich rate ausdrücklich davon ab in diesem Shop zu bestellen!

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, aber extrem komplizierte Umtausch- bzw. Rücksendung. Man muss die Rücksendung online anmelden, bekommt aber ohnehin kein Rücksendeetikett, sondern nur eine Bearbeitungsnummer, die man dem Paket belegen soll, ebenso soll man Ausdruck der ursprünglichen Bestellbestätigung (?? Beilegen). Da wäre wohl ein Lieferschein einfacher... Leider kommt es aber bei Unterwäsche oft vor, dass es nicht passt. Kundenservice antwortet erst Tage später, Vorgaben zur Rücksendung sind verwirrend und nicht einheitlich (per Mail andere Vorgaben als im Paket). Bei den Preisen erwartet man mehr Service. Und Kunde muss Rückporto selber zahlen. Lieber nicht dort bestellen, außer man weiß schon, welche Größe passt.

My bra strap snapped within the first month of wearing it. Not worth the £40 i paid for it.

They advertise heavily in the UK but if you are not happy with your purchase you need to ship the product back to Italy which costs a fortune. They provided me with the return label which I used and now they're telling me they still haven't received my package as I used the wrong address. I don't expect the refund of my £80 plus £7 shipping. Don't buy from them

Buyers beware! All of their merchandise is European size and runs very small. So I had to ship back my entire order of $200+ worth bras. I have not heard from Cosabella at all and then only recently realized I never got any refund. I tried to inquire why and their response was that they have never received the package. I used the shipping label they provided in the order and so I am shocked to hear they are now claiming they have no record of it whatsoever. Customer reps are far from being helpful and their marching orders seem to be - deny, deny, deny until the customer goes away.
