Hartelijk dank voor het delen van uw eerlijke feedback. We vinden het erg jammer dat uw aankoop niet aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan, maar we nemen uw zorgen graag direct weg.

U gaf aan de drager te hebben gekocht op basis van een review op Instagram. We willen hierbij benadrukken dat we uitsluitend samenwerken met uiterst ervaren en professionele draagconsulenten, die naast hun expertise ook uiterst bewuste ouders zijn. Hun waardering voor onze producten is volledig objectief en gebaseerd op zowel hun oprechte professionele kennis als hun eigen kritische standaarden als ouder. We staan dan ook 100% achter hun eerlijke, onafhankelijke beoordelingen en zijn trots op hun vertrouwen in ons merk.

Wat betreft de geur die u bij het uitpakken heeft opgemerkt: dit is een lichte, natuurlijke productiegeur. Deze is absoluut onschadelijk en verdwijnt volledig na 1 of 2 keer wassen. We zijn ons bewust van deze geur, maar we hebben er zeer bewust voor gekozen om dit niet te maskeren met extra chemicaliën of kunstmatige parfums. We weigeren namelijk om de kwetsbare huid van baby's en peuters bloot te stellen aan onnodige maskerende stoffen, puur om een product direct uit de doos 'lekker' te laten ruiken. De veiligheid en gezondheid van uw kind staan bij ons altijd op de eerste plaats.

Voor uw absolute gemoedsrust: onze dragers worden streng getest in geaccrediteerde internationale laboratoria en voldoen ruimschoots aan de strenge EN 71-2 en EN 71-3 veiligheidsnormen. Daarnaast zijn ze officieel getest en 100% vrij bevonden van allergenen, kankerverwekkende stoffen, ftalaten en azokleurstoffen.

Mocht u ontevreden blijven, dan kunt u ongebruikte artikelen uiteraard volgens ons retourbeleid retourneren. Neem hiervoor gerust contact op met onze klantenservice, we helpen u graag verder.

To clarify for anyone reading this: You were not sent a "completely wrong product." You received the exact 3D-knit seamless carrier you ordered. The only variation was a minor, purely cosmetic shift in the placement of the sewn brand label due to standard production batches at our manufacturing facility. The product's material, safety, and functionality were 100% identical to our website descriptions.

Regarding our customer service and return process: We responded to your messages promptly and politely. We immediately confirmed your right to return the unused item for a full refund. Our international return policy is standard and fully transparent on our website prior to purchase: returns are sent to our facility in Turkey, and the buyer covers the return shipping costs.

As a brand, we deeply value customer satisfaction. This is why we proactively upgraded your order to International Express Shipping at our own expense—without charging you any extra fees—just so it would arrive faster. However, we cannot bypass our standard, publicly stated return policies simply because a customer refuses to cover the return shipping for a product that structurally and functionally matches their exact order.

We would like to clarify this situation for anyone reading this review. Regarding your experience with the carrier, it is important to note that our toddler carrier is explicitly designed to require one-hand support at all times. It is not a hands-free product. When used correctly as instructed, the 3D seamless knit provides a secure and comfortable fit for an 11-month-old.

Furthermore, our return and refund policies—including the buyer's responsibility for international return shipping and customs to our manufacturing facility in Turkey—are transparently stated on our website. Every customer explicitly agrees to these exact terms at checkout prior to completing their purchase.

As a brand that is incredibly proud to offer our internationally patented technology, we stand firmly behind our quality and our clear guidelines. It is highly disappointing to encounter what appears to be a deliberate attempt to damage our reputation with a misleading grievance regarding clearly stated policies right during our launch week. We will not allow malicious smear campaigns to overshadow our hard work.
