Bought a cosplay 3 months ago, checked up with the customer service to see whats was going on. Apparently they had no stock in the item i bought & didnt even tell me about it. They offered to exchange me another cosplay which i accepted. Only to be told 3 days later that the outfit i picked wasnt even in stock. Both the outfits i picked didnt say they were out of stock. Then they tried to exchange another outfit in which i refused and asked for a refund. 100% dodgy company.

I should have read the awful reviews first. This company is a scam. Placed an order with 6-14 day estimate. It never showed up. Customer service sent me “tracking info” that it fake, no updates since 12/19. Do not waste your money.

Complete scam. Would give it zero stars if possible. Do not pay for expedited shipping and the “deliver by date” is a total farce. (“If you want it by Halloween make sure you get expedited shipping.”)Yeah right. Email responses were clearly copy and pasted and offer zero resolution. Company can’t even confirm if your order has been fulfilled weeks after. When you look up your order it says “ordered/shipped” and then when you contact them they are like “yeah we don’t know.” Just terrible. Avoid at all costs

Avoid ordering outfits from this company at all costs! They are scammers. I ordered a Ferrari race suit outfit for my baby and not only did shipping take a month, the item that was delivered looked NOTHING like the image on the website. The material was of extremely poor quality and the stitching of the outfit was atrocious.
When I asked for a refund, they refused to grant me one saying the outfit had been opened, even though I had all the packaging on hand still & the outfit was brand new.
I don’t usually write reviews but this company is too unscrupulous and cannot get away with their lousy products and service - They are a team of scammers and I highly encourage you not to order from them!

Don´t buy anything here! Big problems with returning products. No chance to get money back!!

They are scammers. It took them 6 weeks to deliver my package (despite my attempts to cancel the order they set it anyway), so once it came out it turned they didn't send me the product I ordered but something much cheaper. I asked them to exchange it for the correct one and they said they won't cover the delivery cost, despite the fact that they are responsible.

Also they declined the refund saying that on their website states that you can return the product within the 30 days, but they didn't say anything about refunding the money. I'm not even gonna comment on that. Stay away from them.

0 star if possible, ordered two masks. Only received one, the one I received has glue on the eye which your supposed to see out of. DONT BUY HERE PLEASE will not refund or replace I'm out money and no Halloween mask.

They refused to cancel my order. I got an email stating my payment was declined so I requested they cancel my order, within a couple hours of first placing the order. Then a week later I received an email asking to complete payment and I again asked to cancel my order. Got attitude from the customer service about it and was asked to follow up on the request in 24 hours. I told them it had already been 140 hours since I first requested they cancel the order and 146 hours since the payment was placed. Not sure why they can’t cancel an order for which they never received payment. I definitely wouldn’t even want to imagine what would have happened had I actually placed an order and had some issue with the order or needed to return an item. 0/5 would NOT recommend!

You are unable to speak to a live person and when you email (only way of communication) you get copied and pasted responses. I ordered a costume October 23rd with express shipping and still yet to receive it. Asked for my refund three times already, as my item should’ve been here by now, and no responses.

I ordered a costume from this company 17th May 23. A completely different dress same pattern arrived from HONG KONG and of course NOT true to size. When I contacted them they requested photographs. I sent photographs and because I opened the flimsy package with no tags to prove the dress was not the same as ordered they told me that they do not exchange or refund opened costumes even though they requested photos. I have been emailing them for over a week now and they will not accept fault or accept they asked for photographs. Constantly replying with two sentence emails reading the same thing over and over and then contradicting themselvessaying they will give credit then not giving it. They have scammed me out if €100. They are a complete sham of a company. Never take the chance!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. If anything goes wrong with your order - as did mine - they will send you emails saying they’re ‘checking for an update’ and never actually get back to you. I’m still waiting for my replacement costume (because they sent the wrong size), for 4 months now. Now they’ve just started ignoring my emails. It’s really frustrating and disappointing. Save yourself the money and drama and find a legitimate costume shop that has actual customer service as a priority.

Absoluter Drecksladen. Das mieseste Kostüm was ich je bestellt habe.
Absolut nicht wie auf dem Foto, Katastrophe Qualität, Service keine Chance da eine Reklamation zu bekommen. Leute lasst euch nicht verarschen. Gebt lieber was mehr aus. Ist ein absoluter mieser Laden. Nie wieder

Finger Weg!!!!
Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Lieferung dauert sehr lange. Ware von eher schlechter Qualität und nicht wie abgebildet. Der Service ist ebenfalls sehr schlecht. Trotz Falschlieferung Retoure nach China nur auf eigene Kosten. Verkäufer ist leider auch sehr uneinsichtig und nicht daran interessiert einen zufriedenen Kunden zu haben.

Ich kann die Erfahrungen hier nicht teilen. Bestellt, Ware kam nach 4 Werktagen an. Tochter ist von dem Kostüm begeistert. Qualität ist für den Preis absolut okay.

Mitte Oktober bestellt. Anfang Januar 22 immer noch nichts erhalten. Kundenservice ..nun ja, Schlecht ist nicht mal ein Ausdruck dazu. Sie schreiben zurück, immerhin. Aber seit 3 Monaten das Selbe: Liegt beim Zoll.

Horrible. I ordered an Emily costume 150!! What a scam, I’m honestly so mad right now money down the drain I wish I saw this website talking about it. Please believe the reviews this place is horrible. We called and NO ANSWER!!! 😡

Placed order on 30th May 2021 and still waiting to this day and nothing turned up with so many excuses from them and 5 tracking numbers not working properly...
Honest answer : Stay Away From Them !!!
