The colour of the blanket delivered was a completely different colour to description and picture.
The colour of the blanket delivered was completely different the the picture and description. The company only gives 2 working days to return the item.
I am surprised at the company’s response. I sent a picture of the item received and it was clearly nothing like the picture or description, not even close! I would advise not to buy from this company!

While everyone has different taste for colours, we went all extra miles to make it right for you, I offered you a free return for a full refund and generated the return label.
Our return policy is to let us know within 14 days of receiving the item if you would like to return or exchange. The free return label I generated for you was only valid for 2 working days after generating it and that is Royal Mail's Click & Drop conditions, not ours.
I believe you have decided to keep the blanket at the end and hope you are enjoying it!

I absolutely loved my shawl
I absolutely loved my shawl, it was perfect for my wedding, the lovely written note meant a lot. It was just right, kept me nice and warm and i can keep using it after :)

Cosy Llama is wonderful!! I ordered the ivory wedding shawl, and then had a sizing disaster with my first bridal store and had to return my original wedding dress. This resulted in having a different color wedding dress than ivory. The company let me return the ivory one and order another wedding shawl in a different color, to match my new dress. They were very nice and understanding. The shawl is absolutely beautiful and so soft!!! I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day.
