The team at Knutsford were very helpful. I was going to spend a further £7000+, but the delivery structure slammed the brakes on and I would need to look elsewhere!

I visited the Knutsford showroom and spoke to a lady called Sara who was very informative. Unfortunately when I called back to order a sofa I spoke to a lady called Kate who did not seem to know how to handle an order for a customer,was very brusque on the phone and eventually I put down the phone as she said she had to consult someone to check the order process-this was for the 3rd time !!
