Our store has been in the same location on Stevenage Old Town High Street for nearly 50 years. There is free parking for up to 3 hours right outside the store, giving you plenty of time to browse the latest and greatest outdoor gear.
In our store, we match the prices shown on our website and can offer you extensive advice on the best kit for your needs.
We also specialise in offering fitting services for walking boots, rucksacks, ski boots and skis (please note ski boot and ski fitting requires an appointment). Our fantastic team want to help you get the best possible kit for your next adventure.
We now offer appointments for specialist fitting services and advice, but do not worry, you are not required to have a pre-booked appointment to come in store!

I bought the saltoro jacket. Had a choice of sizes and colours at a decent price. It was despatched very quickly and arrived within 48hrs. Would definitely feel confident buying from this company again.

All good, item purchased well packaged, but not their fault the item didn't fit me very well, so did a return which was smooth and easy, no fuss. Would order again from them. Only gripe, delivery was really slow - took five days to arrive despite saying it was next day when I placed the order.

This is the first time I have used Countryside Ski & Climb and they have been outstanding. I will definitely use them again because of their very good pricing and first class customer service.

Super quick dispatch and delivery.
Was very surprised by the speed from ordering the item and receiving it at my address. Ordered on Friday evening and was not expecting the order to be dispatched until the following Monday but it was dispatched the very next day (Saturday) and I received my order on the Sunday. Item was advertised at a very competitive price and I could not be happier with my experience with this fantastic company. Highly recommended.
