From start to finish, our experience with Coventry Bathrooms was nothing short of excellent. Richard is an incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating business owner and those working with him I hold in the same high regard.
After recently moving home, needing to budget properly was is important to us. The online pricing model is an excellent tool for transparency and to know roughly how much a project like this would cost before even stepping into the shop is rare for the industry. Pricing itself was also incredibly reasonable and we feel what we have now is excellent value for money.
In terms of those working with Richard, Nick the electrician was friendly and completed his work to a very high standard. Special mention though goes to Sean, our bathroom fitter.
Throughout the process, Sean consistently went above and beyond to give us the best en suite possible. Given we’d just moved, when he discovered a significant wood rot and mould problem in the floor and wall, we assumed further expense would be necessary to rectify the damage. Not so. Sean removed and replaced all affected areas at no additional cost to us, essentially installing a completely new floor and shower wall before resuming work.
From there, we only became more and more impressed. We were informed daily, the bedroom, hall, stairs and landing were left immaculate at the end of every day and even given some bonus DIY help and tips with other areas in our home. Sean is a credit to the profession, comfortably the best tradesman I’ve ever dealt with.
I’ve no hesitation in recommending Coventry Bathrooms. We’ve already sent a friend in their direction and I’ve no doubt they’ll have the same overwhelmingly positive experience.
