I own the nugget ice maker and my family and friends have loved it. The ice is soft and the machine quickly makes and stores the ice. It has been a great purchase.

I ordered an ice maker on April 4 and they still have not shipped it. There is no tracking information.

Trash customer service! Thee worst!
DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM!
I bought a 1200 watt oil filled radiator under warranty!
It stopped working while under warranty!
I called and set receipts & they requested a video of it not working.
Once I sent it, they shut their phone number down and is not taking any calls.
I emailed multiple people at the company……..they said they can give my a “partial refund”? Utter trash company buyer beware

They sell junk and don't honor their warranty. I brought an ice machine that broke within a couple months. Spent months trying to get a replacement after sending multiple videos and waiting 2-3 months they sent me a broken replacement. They are now refusing to replace the replacement and told me the warranty period is up.

purchased Fully Automatic Ice Cream Maker IC3908, used +/- 10 times over a year. Refrigeration unit and mixing blade motor began to work intermittently and then not at all, this at 13 months. Cowsar would not offer repair, replacement or upgrade. Saw the identical machine on AliExpress for $70. I expect a kitchen appliance to work for 5 - 10 years.
