Satisfied with all aspects

I made two purchases from CP Lighting. Both were delivered very promptly, with full tracking. The items were well packed. I sent an email to enquire about a technical point before making one order, and received a reply from CP Lighting within 30 minutes. (Thanks David Penfold). In summary, I was very pleased with their level of service and efficiency.

Great selection of stock, both LED and traditional which others are no longer stocking.

Delivered the wrong items not what I ordered on your website. I ordered 4 pin lights that with a smaller base like the image on your website not the larger base like my previous order.

DO NOT USE. Placed an order in December. It’s now April and still no delivery. I’ve phoned twice and been told, it’s not our fault, it’s on a boat from China.. then promised it would arrive next month.. spoiler alert.. it didn’t. I’ve just gone onto the companies website to find they’ve cancelled my order without even an email.. avoid this company.

Additional note: Many thanks for your reply. However, you did none of those things. You did not tell me it was obsolete and you were trying to source them, you told me twice they were on a ship from China. You also did not email me an update.. ever. Nor did you leave me a message on my mobile..

Everything was great. The delivery was fast yeah so the bulbs are working as expected. It would be great to have CP lighting on Amazon in this case that we would be covered by Amazon and there is no need to pay for delivery.

Easy to order and contact – delivery could have been faster — I would order again from them.

Despite a slightly sharp and condescending manner the sales person gave enough information to make the purchase. After that all was swift and excellent.
