My machine wasn't communicating with the app on the phone.
Contacted clinic in Barrie numerous times without any positive outcome.
Staff was between unhelpful to uninterested brushing me off or sending on a wild goose chase.
Got no help and advice was showing persons offering it had no understanding of the equipment.
After searching website and account settings I was able to make changes which fixed the problem. That showed luck of knowledge of the product on the staff's part. Apparently they had to see my app, and telling what app I was using wasn't enough.
To top that when I needed a pillow for my nose mask it was over $40, same for a single head band for it.
Think will have to find more customer service oriented place.

I made the mistake of placing an order with this company, only to have them take my payment for an item that was out of stock. After weeks of waiting, I still haven't received any updates or responses despite reaching out multiple times. If you’re in need of something urgent, don’t waste your time or money here. You’ll be left with nothing and no one to help.

Customer service is a joke—no one responds to emails, and phone support is completely useless. I ended up finding what I needed through a different company that actually delivered. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place at all costs.

Took my money for an item that was not in stock, 5 weeks later no eta or reply. If you want to wait months for a required medical device, throw your money away this these guys, otherwise find someone who ships what they take money for.

They take your money and do not provide items or respond.
It is over 3 months and I have nothing and have not had a response.

Absolutely love this company; I have been a customer for a few years now and I would not deal with any other company for my CPAP needs; excellent prices; excellent availability of the supplies I specifically need; I realize lately there has been an issue with ResMed supplies but when I questioned this; CPAP Clinic immediately responded and explained the delay and apologized. Very, very professional and trustworthy!!!!!

Very bad service. Online customer service people try to assist as much as possible. You wait 3 days and no one calls back. The phone customer service experience was awful. Not helpful at all. If you are interested in buying a REMED product, go directly to RESMED. Fixed my problem immediately, even though I did not directly buy from them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Everything has done quick and painless. I got the best CPAP machine for my snoring and it's working well. Thanks.

They provide high quality CPAP products at reasonable prices. I bought a machine for my father here and it working good. My father's snoring has gone now and he can sleep much better than before.

Worst place possible to deal with. Do not return calls. Do not send orders. Keep on changing their mind about what they have and don't. Completely useless

CPAP machines and hose are a lifeline for the person suffering from sleep apnoea. It is a matter of life long ability so that the person has the proper deep sleep. That other complications do not occur or happen to the person. The CPAP gave me excellent service for my husband and peace of mind. He was fitted with the mask and hose and the staff took the time to show us how it worked. The customer service was next to none when I called about a problem they were there to listen and calm my anxiety. I would recommend the CPAP Clinic

They have given me two faulty machines and refused to give me a refund. Do not deal with these arrogant cretins.
