Overcame initial (minor) problems
I had initial problems in determining if my order had been fulfilled properly and why it hadn't yet been dispatched. I also failed to get a reply to an email query I sent in this regard. However, my online chat experience had been very good and was what initially encouraged me to place an order. Subsequent follow ups from CPAP Online by email, online chat and fulfilment of my order beyond initial requirements led to me happily posting this positive and supportive post (if not quite 5 stars)

Communication of an order on hold awaiting an out-of-stock item would be helpful rather than no advice as to why the dispatch is held up.

Deliveries
The product is good and well worth the money. As explained during email conversations, the time for delivery was ordinary.The tracking of the delivery was considered poor.
I suggest you revise your procedures and processes and keep the customer informed and get your deliveries better organised.
This just a process and systems problem that you have address.
