This time no work was actually done in the end - however Evan’s advice and input into helping me figure out the right solution to my problem was very helpful, informative and invaluable.
Previously I have bought devices from them which lasted for years without problems- and I’ve had various other problems and repairs resolved successfully by them. Always a very good service.

Evan and Jamie were professional all through. They were structured in their approach in applying their expertise to understanding the issues and subsequently delivering expected or desired outcomes. Overall high level of customer satisfaction from my perspective.

Bought a Dell laptop 3 years ago, had extended warranty. Laptop went in for repairs multiple times, eventually replaced just before warrantee expired. The replacement laptop didnt work well, especially with WiFi connection and was sent back to be checked. Feedback received that it's working fine. Got it back and a few months later had the same issue again. Cant send it back because warranty expired.

Good to buy if you only want limited usage out of the item.
