Creative IT Opiniões

The standard of service and knowledge is absolutely perfect.

Very helpful, quick response, dealing with a human and very fair cost

Quick delivery of correct item. But I don't know if it works yet because is a Christmas present.

Very professional, proce agreed , told what problem was, had product back amd fixed in 2 days

Bought a Tablet online. Requested the Click and Collect. 1-2 hours were given to collect. As it was late in the evening I decided to collect the next morning.
I turned up to collect, to be told that I had to wait until the following Monday, which was 6 days later as the item wasn't in the shop.
Creative IT needs to change the "Click and Collect" option. Other than that issue, Creative IT is a good place to buy/repair Electrical items.

Excellent customer service and the company has lots of well educated staff!!!!
Keep up the great work pushing on the company even more.

Best price. Reliable and fast

Phones delivered exactly as advertised .contacted me about a small issue about a phone case which was resolved quickly .very happy with the quality this is my 3rd phone purchase from them .

The quality of the phone was excellent and arrived in good time. They also contacted me as I had mistakenly ordered the wrong cable and ensured that the correct one was included in the delivery.

Very very poorly customer service postpone and postpone Call after calls promise after promise and fail to deliver. Never back again.

I’ve purchased a number of phones from Creative IT and the company has never let me down. Super friendly and always a great price, I’ve never had an issue and they are always helpful.
I’ve just bought an iPad and it was a simple process . Dermot

Recently bought the iPhone 15, preowned, it was very reasonably priced and in immaculate condition, It arrived very well packaged and within a couple of days, highly recommend Creative IT

Had a problem with a Samsung tablet holding battery charge. Recommended a new battery & as it had a previous issue with the charge, a deduction was made on the cost of the new battery. Very efficient & friendly & cost effective. Would highly recommend 👌

Very professional
