Easy to use the website and order what I required, items purchased arrived on time and were well packed

I ordered 4 packs of Weber drip trays at a lower cost than I could buy them locally even when shipping is factored in. I'm very pleased.

Excellent very fast service and delivery highly recommended this company to anyone

Bought a Clementi pizza oven, not used it as yet hopefully this weekend. Great product, prompt service & delivery

Apart from the Roccbox being fantastic and on a special offer, the team at Creative Outdoor Living were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and Rob even shared tips on pizza hydration and ingredients! Invaluable knowledge. If we were closer would be regulars in store! Give the smaller independents a go, rather than the big A store!

Excellent, fast service 👏

Great product range and quick delivery as I couldn’t make the trip due to work commitments.
Great service thanks guys n gals

No problems, arrived on date given, mint condition and at a good price

I spoke to so many companies about buying a BBQ, they were all trying to sell me a £1500 Kamado, I knew this would be better than. aKettle but I would never reap the rewards because I'm not into super slow cook.

I called Creative Outdoor Living and I think I spoke to Jason, his a top bloke. Spent 30 min on the phone going through recommendations and the coal options etc. Not once did Jason try and sell me something £1500, instead Jason recommended a £400 Kettle with Iron grate and height adjustment.

We then went through coal options and fire lights. It did not stop there, Jason then called the pallet company back to collect my item for next day delivery as I missed off for today.

Speaking to Jason reminds me speaking to a true gentlemen from the old days. Honest, trustworthy. Thanks so much!

Amazing communication & customer service. I only know this because they were severely let down by there courier service. They were straight on it to sort it out.

Really good shop for barbecues and pizza ovens. Price matched to another website and gave me a free cover for my new barbecue. Going to look into getting a pizza oven in the near future.

Bought a Zio Ciro 80 from Creative Outdoor Living and it was an incredibly easy experience. Great communication throughout, and the oven was so well packaged. When you are making such a big purchase it so reassuring to be dealing with a professional and reliable company.

The gentleman on the phone was super helpful when I called up for advice on buying items to go with the Weber bbq I purchased. Delivery was prompt, accurate and well packaged. I would recommend and definitely use again myself. Thanks!

Quick delivery, excellent service and all items arrived as advertised.

After initial problems with delivery, our Kadai lid arrived promptly. Great quality product. Thank you
