We have recently moved to a Crest property at Cringleford in Norwich and the sales and aftercare team have been excellent. Katrina and Freya in the sales office have been fantastic, really communicative and very helpful. Even after moving in, Freya has continued to help when needed and is always on hand to answer questions. Since moving in, David from the site team and Daren in Customer Care have been excellent at resolving any snags or fixes. The build quality is very good and through an independent snagging inspector we found only superficial areas needing attention. They have booked in contractors very quickly, and kept an eye on what has been completed. Thank you to the whole team for their support.

I had a great experience with the estate agent who showed us the property. They were very polite, professional, and efficient. They provided all the information we needed and were happy to answer any questions we had. Overall, a very positive experience thank you.

We particularly liked the layout, the modern finish, and the amount of natural light. The kitchen and living areas were also very well presented .

Very positive experience. Lucy Hanley (Aspen Grange) was very professional and knowledgeable. We were looking at 5 Initial properties but we quickly filtered them down to the one i selected. All done in a two hour mtg.

We were very well received and our Sales Representative was very personable and informative about the houses we were interested in, and the wider site, and area. The site is well laid-out with wide roads and off-street parking. There is a mix of inter-blended property types, and the site, though close to the A14, has good access to rail services and to Stowmarket shopping facilities, and to the A14 itself.

It was all goo in terms of viewing, friendliness and knowledge of sales person

This is our second new-build property, so we appreciate that some snagging issues are to be expected with a new home. That said, we had a fair few niggly outstanding issues that had been frustrating and remained unresolved for longer than we would have liked.

Since Gary, our new Site Manager at Newlands Place came onto the development, our experience has changed considerably. He has been proactive, approachable and, most importantly, taken ownership of the outstanding issues. Within just a couple of weeks of coming to our home, he has managed to arrange and oversee the rectification of all of our outstanding snags.

Communication has been super clear, and ownership over the end to end process, This has made a real difference to our experience and has restored our confidence that any remaining issues will be dealt with properly.

Whilst there were certainly more snags than we'd expected from a new-build property, the way Gary has handled everything deserves recognition. A big thank you for turning what had been a frustrating situation into a much more positive experience with Crest.
