Not as good as expected
Not as good as expected. Received no word after ordering as to confirmation of the order. I had to ring and speak to support before I even found out my order number. Company used to deliver was Yodal who in my opinion are useless I tracked them to within 100yards of my door. And was presented with can’t find address. So they took it back and I had to go online to sort out. When arrived next day. Label clearly said my address. So either driver lied or is stupid.

lack of communication
i have ordered on the 5th November a statesman letterbox, had an email back showing my order and order number and say's i will have another email when its shipped.
its now 11th november and heard nothing . i called the number 03316300935 4 times and it goes to be being transfered then just cuts off .. i replied to the email i has aswell and heard nothing from that either..

Excellent service, affordable price
We ordered a monitor stand from Croft Home and Garden as we needed a table to use below our TV so it had to be specific size. This one was just right and we liked the style of it - sort of rustic industrial! Our order arrived very promptly and the level of service was excellent. The stand required a fair bit of assembly and as a result it is sturdy, it also looks good and is incredible value for money. We're very pleased with our purchase especially the excellent service, thank you.

I am pleased with my purchase.
The furniture I bought was not very expensive so I did not have lots of expectation about it. It does look the same as on photos provided on the website. The quality matches the price. I just would like to say that I really liked the delivery time and notification process from Croft Home. They were efficient and quick.

BE AWARE!
It is probably in the small print but I feel that it is very unfair that you are not able to return an item once it has been opened. How are you supposed to know its suitable until you actually see it?
The product I bought was an absolute nightmare to assemble...very fiddley and a lot of strength required. The five panel room divider once assembled is actually unsteady and I would not trust it to stand on its own for very long without it falling over. It was really difficult to get the material over the metal framing. Ascetically its not great either and looks much better in the pictures. I do feel not being able to send it back even though everything has been dis assembled and repackaged is disgraceful. JUST BE AWARE. I wont be giving any more of my time or money to Croft Home and Garden.

We have not stated to you, that you cannot return an item once it has been opened. We are unsure where you found this information, so if you could provide details in your initial email, we would be happy to investigate further.
We accept returns regardless of whether items are opened or unopened. We apologise for the difficulties you've experienced with your order and are here to help.

Disappointing service.
Ordered a 12 cup muffin pan on 14 July, today received an empty sealed plastic wrapper. Item was being sent directly from supplier so problem might have been their end. Asked for a refund and received a refund straightaway which at least was something.

Shambles of a Company
Place an order on 10 July 2024 for delivery on 11 or 12 July 2024, not too particular within 2 or 3 days of this. But still not delivered and to chase up any details is so obstructive I am beginning to believe this company is a scam. During a telephone message it left a call reference number of about 10 digits rapidly read so to retrieve you'd have to go through all the telephoning, input of order number rigmarole again. STAY CLEAR of this M Mouse outfit!!!!

Late delivery items arrived damaged now…
Late delivery items arrived damaged now struggling to even get them to pick up the faulty items i ordered 2 wardrobes they arrived all damaged scratches all over would strongly advise not to use this they are just a reseller ,the product don’t come directly from them , told them
If they don’t collect the faulty items today I will be disputing my transaction with the bank
