I started ordering from Crossmyloof back in December 2024. I was pleasantly surprised that my query was not only answered, but personably by Symon.

Since then, I've had lots of back and forths with each order, including discussions about recipes and methods.

They really are the nicest company to deal with and even when there was a problem with my order where something weird happened with my address, it was fixed really quickly.

I always say that the best way to see how good a company is, is when something goes wrong outside of their control.

I have bought from cml for years. Hops and yeasts have been excellent in quality ,value and promptness of dispatch

This is a great company to purchase from, the level of customer support is first class, for example I am starting my journey with water chemistry and just wanted a quick opinion on the amount to add for one of their all grain recipes. I cannot recommend CML highly enough. Amazing products and service, with a real personal touch from the owner, who - in my experience - is always ready to answer any queries you have. The price and quality is also unbeatable - definitely my No. 1 supplier as a prolific home-brewer.

Been buying hops from these guys for years. Under new management of late, but quality of hops is still great and prices are excellent especially if you go for the 225g and upward. Always prompt with their postage. Will continue as long as my liver holds out. P.S their Voss Kveik yeast is bonkers and will ferment 28L of ale out in 3 days at 35C and is also great value.

I have been using CML 10 pint all grain kits in my Pinter for some time now and think the quality and value are excellent. They offer a fast and friendly service with Symon always ready to help out with any questions you may have. Highly recommended

Been buying yeasts and hops for years from CML , always been top class , found some suppliers were getting exspensive , yeasts are some of the best ive used . Recently uprated my all in one brewer and bought a few all grain kits to get used to it , just bottled their oil of neck all grain kit and can honestly say it's one of the best beers ive bottled , and ive brewed 528 ! . Love the flexibility of the web site , rapid delivery and very fresh grains . The hop recipe kits are good too. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have ordered from CML I thought the first time they had pulled out all the stops as I was a first timer. Not a bit of it, ordered after close of business monday evening and the courier is at my door before 11am on Wednesday. Everything spot on well packaged and labelled and a nice personal email to thank me for my order. AND all at a great price. Cheers guys.
