We booked with Crownremisse to take a group of 7 British people with 7 large suitcases from Lima Airport to Huacachina and back a few days later. Our drivers Miguel and Juan were amazing - whilst there was a language barrier, there was no issues faced with this and they were very nice, accommodating, made us feel extremely safe and looked after.

The minivan was spacious and extremely clean. We were very happy with the service received.

Elodie who assisted with the admin was extremely helpful and available to any queries. We felt very informed and looked after.

An Absolutely Incredible Experience — Martin & Crown Tours Were Outstanding!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Martin and Crown Tours and the incredible private experience they organized for us through Peru.

This was NOT a simple tour. Our itinerary had an unbelievable number of moving parts, and somehow Martin and Crown Tours made the entire experience feel seamless.

From Lima, our adventure included the Ballestas Islands boat tour, Pisco tasting, Huacachina Oasis, an incredible dune buggy experience, lunch, our hotel, transportation to Nazca, the Nazca Lines flight, our flight back to Pisco, and finally transportation back to the Paracas cruise port. They coordinated EVERYTHING — drivers, tours, flights, hotel, meals and timing.

Martin was absolutely fantastic. He took such great care of us throughout the journey and made us feel like we could simply relax and enjoy the adventure while he handled all the details behind the scenes.

And what an adventure it was!

We saw the wildlife of the Ballestas Islands, tasted Pisco, raced across the massive desert dunes of Huacachina, traveled to Nazca and then flew over the legendary Nazca Lines. It was truly a bucket-list experience and easily one of the highlights of our time in Peru.

As cruise passengers, timing was especially important. We had a ship to get back to, multiple tours and flights to coordinate, and a huge amount of distance to cover. Martin understood exactly what needed to happen and kept everything moving beautifully. That peace of mind was priceless.

We could NEVER have put together this many experiences so smoothly on our own.

Martin wasn't simply our guide — he was the person who made this entire adventure possible. His organization, communication, knowledge, kindness and attention to detail were exceptional from beginning to end.

If you are visiting Peru and considering a private tour with Crown Tours, ask for Martin! We would recommend him without hesitation.

Vivo en el extranjero, de por sí es muy difícil encontrar un servicio confiable, puntual y eficiente en Lima. Hasta hoy en día siempre confío en Crownremisse para mis traslados y los de mi familia. Y cuentan con internet abordo mientras viajas, no es un viaje de transporte nada más, es más que eso, la seguridad y el servicio no tienen precio. Gracias por todo chicos! Sono appena tornata da un tour in Perù e ho avuto la fortuna di trovare CROWN, che mi ha aiutata a organizzare un viaggio di 10 giorni alla scoperta del Paese. È stato quasi un effetto domino: ho letto le recensioni su Martin e ho capito subito che era l’agenzia giusta.

A reliable transport company with professional and courteous staff. Everything is always handled efficiently, communication is clear throughout the process, and the services are always on time. We will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable transportation.

I was lucky enough to travel and explore Peru with Crown taxi/ tour recently. Their services were amazing, first class. The driver and guide were so knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all they were very welcoming and friendly. I can not recommend this company enough, they are one of the best I've travelled with.

Nous tenions a remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe de notre agence de voyage «  CROWN Enterprises Peru» pour l’organisation de notre séjour sur mesure de trois semaines au Pérou. Nous voulions découvrir les gens, la riche histoire et les paysages péruviens, nous avons été servis à souhaits. Quels paysages! Quels sites incroyables! Quel peuple résilient et accueillant.

Nous avons été accueillis à l’aéroport de Lima par Martin Garcia qui fut notre fantastique guide-chauffeur tout au long du périple. C’est grâce à lui que nous nous sommes rapidement sentis en confiance et avons pu tant apprécier notre voyage. Sa prévenance, sa disponibilité à répondre à nos nombreuses questions tout au long du voyage et ses connaissances approfondies sur son pays nous ont enchantés. Un guide sympathique et qui s’exprime parfaitement bien en anglais sans qui notre voyage n’aurait pas été le même.

Guide pour les activités spécifiques:
Pour les activités spécifiques où Martin ne pouvait nous accompagner, il nous a fournis des guides supers. Nous avons même eu droit à un archéologue pour explorer un site de fouilles, la co-auteure d’un livre sur un autre site où elle nous guidait et il a même réussi à nous trouver un guide francophone pour nous accompagner sur le Machu Picchu.

Chambres:
Bon choix. C’était propre et accueillant. Nous avons entre autre eu droit à un séjour dans un véritable hôtel-musée (Rumi Pumku à Cusco) construit dans une partie d’une ancienne université coloniale qui regorgeait d’objets anciens ainsi que d’un hôtel 5 étoiles (Inka Terra à Porto Maldonado) en pleine forêt tropicale au coeur du bassin amazonien. Nous avions également demandé à Michael, de séjourner chez des familles locales, le choix des deux familles étaient parfait. Deux familles vraiment différentes. Accueillantes avait leurs valeurs spécifiques, ce fut un riche moment de découverte de leur mode de vie, en dehors du circuit touristique traditionnel.

Nous tenons à remercier toute l’équipe pour leurs disponibilité à répondre à nos nombreuses questions surtout Martin, extrêmement patient et attachant.
