Product arrived packaged well and the memory so far is working perfectly and has increased perfomance of the Lenovo Windows 11 PC which now has 64G of Ram

Ordered an SSD on 15/01 and used Paypal at checkout. Twice the payment has gone through, Paypal took the money then my order got immediately cancelled. The third time I used credit card payment and there was no cancellation message. Why is Paypal listed at checkout if not working?
Got an e-mail but no links to view my order. Customer Services have no e-mail address. The chat bot wouldn't let me talk to an advisor as apparently my order didn't exist!
Two days later on 17/01 the order was still unavailable to view, Customer Services told me on the phone it takes 48 hours to process orders.
Drive arrived a week and a half later on 24/01 from the Czech Republic. There was no warning of delivery time.
Could've bought the drive on Amazon cheaper and with 2-day free delivery. But had to wait for it to arrive as apparently the customer pays for returns as well. To the Czech Republic?!
Terrible experience and service.
EDIT: Even though the website claims these come with installation screws there were none supplied.
Also, the drive's firmware is 2 versions behind and is not possible to update using the official software.

bought 32GB of ram to upgrade an old Acer desktop and it bought a new lease of life to it. I like the fact the company has a facility on their website to scan your system for compatibility. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Five stars on site helping me find the right memory, getting it to me in a reasonable amount of time and it working fine. Minus two stars for having to deal with questionable trustworthiness of digitalriver nitemare handling of transaction. Allegedly offering PayPal as payment option and taking all my personal info it said sorry PayPal no. If they hadn't already taken all my personal info already in this bait and switch on payment method I would have gone elsewhere.

Product was as expected.

Parts were received promptly and functioned as expected.

Liked the website sales. Quick and easy. The product works well.
Didn't like the subsequent redirection to digitalriver.com and receiving a secondary order number. WHY NEEDED? Looked like a SCAM site.
Didn't like the fact UPS Mail Innovations couldn't even give an approximate delivery date.

I ordered memory. You sent me memory. That was the agreement.

You sent the wrong one does not fit

Usual excellent service from Crucial. I wanted to upgrade from 8GB ram to 32GB. Easy to navigate website and use the diagnostic scan tool to determine the particular memory module I needed.
The only issue or difficulty I had initially, was that I seemed unable to purchase the item using Paypal. After phoning and speaking with customer services I later returned to the website and completed the transaction with a credit card.
Received the 32 GB kit about a week later, fitted modules to my Lenovo desktop....and as expected they are working well! Great value for money.....and highly recommended!

I do not live in the US. The way you confirm addresses is not ok.
To have tried to deliver your package to an impossible address with just a Flat Number and a UK postal code IS NOT ENOUGH! So not impressed.
Luckily the seller was able to update the information and after 3 failed delivery attempts it has been achieved.

Always good service and diagnostic of the ram needed is spot on. Delivery of memory is as expected

Used the X10 Pro once, then it stopped working. Saying problem with the disk and it cannot be unlocked. Contacted customer service, just automated bot responses on repeat.
Someone from Crucial contacted me today to help try and resolve the situation...

i made my order on Dec 30, 24 and i couldn't track my order until Jan 9, 25 I know it was delayed because of bad weather once the package is pickup from ups its given a track #. i took packages to ups and the same day i was able to track the package. I order a ssd from samsung on Jan 5 and it got delivered on Jan 7 which is fast good service compared to your service. And your customer service was no help. Don't get me wrong i do like your product but i could have got faster service from Amazon.

6 Days later and my order still says "IN REVIEW" Absolutely no way to contact customer services to find out what is happening,the AI Chatbot is beyond useless just spouts "Order Not Found"
Seriously how can a company this big, be this bad, I should've just ordered from Amazon and got next day delivery.
HOW IS YOUR SERVICE SO BAD...

The process of upgrading memory for my Dell Laptop was so easy. I recommend Crucial for all of their upgrades to memory and storage needs.

Provided evidence of a chip failure and I was then made to run the 4 hour long test multiple times to prove their memory was faulty. I customer service was nice about things, I just am annoyed with having to go collect more data.

hd came on time and picked my SIMM from Bestbuy on time. Next, installed, everything working fine. Thank you
