Cruise Norway and in particular, Daniel Pliske have been wonderful in helping us with expedition cruises.

We have been on three expedition cruises with Cruise Norway. One to Greenland and two to Antarctica/Falklands and South Georgia. We have used Daniel for an upcoming cruise to the sub antarctic islands of New Zealand as well.

It has been great to deal with someone that is knowledgeable on the expedition cruises that we have been interested in.

Having someone to help us through the process of finding the right cruise is invaluable. Daniel has shown patience and understanding when we have decided to not proceed with certain cruises for various reasons.

We are a group of travel buddies who booked Hurtigruten cruise from Kerkenes to Bergen in October 2025 through Sarah Ong . From our very first enqury to after the cruise Sarah has provide excellent service. She was helpful, thoughtful and attentive to our needs. Sarah is also very knowledgeable about Hurtigruten and her recomendations truly enhanced our experience both onboard and on land.
Boarding - bad experience on boarding at Kerkenes where we have to self carry our own luggages up the ramp onto the ferry. It would be ideal if there is assistance for this service especially for the elderly, like some of us.
Services on board - staffs are friendly, courteous, helpful and understanding.
Food - generally good with wide range of choices for bfast and lunch. Three course meal for dinner was excellent.
Highlight - the Joy of experiencing the magical Northern Lights on board without having to go chasing for it in the bitter cold weather .
Disembarkation - was smooth, orderly and well organised at Bergen

We saw northem lights twice and choose some excursions in board that was a good choice endeed. The ship MS Havila Polaris is new (2023) and very great; The crew is absolutely lovely.

Sarah Ong at Cruise Norway arranged our recent cruise to Antarctica onboard Atlas World Traveller and we could not have enjoyed it more.
The service from Cruise Norway was excellent from the first enquiry to completion of our trip. The price was amazing. I can't rate them highly enough.

Sarah responded to our queries efficiently and promptly.

Atlas World Traveller is a beautiful 6* luxury yacht and definitely lived up to our expectations.

Our experience was great. And embarking and disembarking beyond simple.
Communication prior to the voyage was amazing informative and completely accurate.
The ship was peaceful and quiet. Which gave a very relaxing environment to enjoy the surrounding beautiful on an eco-friendly ship.
The ship was small, keeping passengers to 600 people or less to include crew.
The stuff was friendly, helpful, and the passengers were equally friendly sharing the experience.
The food was the right amount, but you can always ask for seconds.

The ship was spotless. The beds were comfortable in the room was more than adequate.
In Norway it is noted that credit cards are accepted almost everywhere which we found to be true with one exception at the Russian border tour, which was a great tour. There was a small gift shop and a gentleman was not able to take a credit card, but he had the most unique and adorable trinkets from Russia and Norway and who knows where else. So make sure you take cash for that really the gift were unique.
Notifications on the ship to the northern lights were noted and everyone to including a lot of the crew members were
On top deck sharing, the excitement of the lights.
The outdoor areas were heated, just in case it got too cold so that you could sit outside and enjoy the beauty of the coast.
The experience was not what you would find on a larger ship or cruise line so do keep that in mind if you want a party boat. I would take this voyage over any large ship experience.

We decided at last minute to try to book a cruise in Norway. Diana Akopyan was our Cruise Norway travel agent. She went the extra mile finding a last minute cabin on a Hurtigruten ship traveling from Bergen to Kirkenes. Additionally she booked as a side tour with Norway in a Nutshell. Well done Diana!

Cruise Norway got me a great deal on last minute availability for an Antarctic Cruise including Falklands and S Georgia.
I wasn't really looking for such a cruise but the deal was so good I just had to snap it up.
Cruise Norway are just the booking agent here, they have no responsibility for the operation of the cruise itself (which was also great), but they offered a deal that wasn't available by booking direct (as is the way with most cruise companies).
