I was given until Friday to update my…
I was given until Friday to update my order or approve the order by that evening, I sent my changes in, just to be informed that they had already sent the order in to the processing stage!! Unfortunately there was nothing that , I could do, because order-was already processed!! However I was given a 20% off my next order!!The gentleman name was Tim and he proudly informed me ,he was the only one there working.There was no one to talk to because he made the decision!I assume . I informed him that he shouldn’t be in charge of nothing, because he was nasty from the beginning of the first conversation!!!I guess this complaint will probably go back to him first!!Well if it does, Tim you need more customer service TRAINING!!Now my TROPHY is wrong and I can’t do anything about the situation!!Thanks , but no THANKS!!!

Thank you for reaching out. There might be some miscommunication on the “re-order” process.
We have reviewed the details of your order and the subsequent communication with our team. We would like to clarify the timeline of your order processing:
• Wednesday 03/18 @ 9:50pm: In response to your re-order request, we emailed you the artwork and the LINK to place the order if artwork was approved AS IS.
• Wednesday 03/18 @ 10:05pm: You placed the order using the LINK provided and replied with OK.
• Wednesday 03/18 @ 10:48pm: Per our standard protocol, we consider the artwork was approved “AS IS”. The order was released to production and we emailed you the ETA confirming what we did.
• Friday 03/20 @ 2:23pm: You requested further changes. Because the order had already been produced based on your prior approval, any further modifications are classified as a replacement.
While we understand that realizing a change is needed after production has started is frustrating, we must address the nature of your interaction with our staff. We strive to provide a helpful and respectful environment for both our customers and our employees. The use of abusive or derogatory language toward our team members is not acceptable.
We aim to treat every customer with professional courtesy, and we kindly ask for the same in return. Please be advised that if this standard of communication cannot be maintained, we will be unable to fulfill any future orders for you.
We have noted that a 20% discount was offered for a future replacement. If you wish to proceed, please let us know, provided we can move forward with a professional dialogue.
