first class, my daughter is thrilled with her new room!

Absolutely fantastic service. Had to put off the build for 3 mouths due to medical issues but this was no problem. When the day came to fit the lads arrived and got straight on with it (not even a coffee) finished building by lunchtime with of rubbish cleared and garden room looking spotless. The lads were very polite and kept checking we were happy with everything.
Many, many thanks to all we had contact with.

They didn’t even bother to call or discuss the project/build — instead, I just received an email asking for billing and a deposit.
At first, I thought it was a scam, but when I called the number, they confirmed that this is simply how they operate.

When you’re considering spending around £20k on a garden office, you’d expect at least some form of consultation.
It feels like the company is doing so well that they no longer care about customers — just money, money, money.

That’s a £20k lost customer right there — and I doubt their customer service even cares.

We did a lot of online research for garden rooms and eventually landed on C-S Garden Offices for a number of reasons. 1. Unlike other modular design rooms, they are not restricted to set sizes of exact meter lengths, which suited our need to fit into an awkward space. 2. They can erect right up to a boundary without needing space around the building. 3. No need for a base to be installed first, 4. Maintenance free. But also, 5. Very reasonably priced! No large set of showrooms as such, but they give you a tour of the factory that gives you a sense of everything being done properly and are very happy to talk everything through.
Having ordered the room they exceeded expectations at every point - weekly construction updates, responsive to queries, and the day of the build was brilliant. The guys turned up on time, were very responsive and finished the whole job well within the day, leaving no mess, just a brilliant looking room! We can’t thank the team enough.

Brilliant from start to finish, we bought a room to extend our lounge. From our initial meeting through to the fantastic installation team it was faultless. The quality is far superior to competitor rooms we looked at, we even witnessed the insulated panels being made in the factory. Exceptional quality for the price. Highly recommend.

CS is the only company that could offer me a lean-to solution garden room next to the house and install it for us. All the team members are efficient and have been amazing with good communications. Their customer service is second to none thanks to Ralph and Anthony.
So far living in the garden room has been better than in the conservatory.
Summer: It doesn't become intolerably hot and the windows help the ventilation. Leaving the french doors open is a treat.
Automn: it is 16 degrees on average. It is very easy to boost the heat a little higher to make it comfortable thanks to the insulation.
Winter: the lowest was 6 degrees when it was very cold. Otherwise it is 10 to 12 degrees. It takes longer to warm up but it becomes very comfortable to read in there once heated up slightly for a short time.
Spring: similar to the autumn. Easy to heat up and it keeps its warmth. You can feel the 7 cm insulation is working.
Conclusion: the insulation of the garden room allows you to enjoy the space almost all year round apart from the very cold winter days unlike the conservatory which can be used from spring to ealy automn as it is too cold to heat up and would be a waste of money.
The other benefits are: the possibility to add a partition The vents above the windows, the possibility to install a velux even at a later date. They even installed the catflap for us! The door adjustments were a bit of a pain and some finishing details could be improved but given the benefits and their good customer service I thoroughly recommend them.
If I had to start again, I would have another garden room instead of the conservatory. It is so pleasant to have this garden room. A very happy customer.

I’ve waited a couple of weeks to make a review to see what “issues” may arise, happy to report that the building is superb and far better looking than I thought it would be. From the beginning, they listened to what I wanted and advised what could be done. Having paid a deposit (just 10%), I got weekly updates on progress. The installers came in two waves; the first constructed the office, lovely people, happy to explain anything, arrived at exactly the time they said, left exactly on time having cleared up (far more than the mess they’d created). Second wave was the electricians - either side of the weekend - who firstly advised that there was a better (cheaper) way to cable the office then went above and beyond to install my TV bracket (“Why would we not just do it as we’re here?). One month later, it does genuinely take 15 minutes to heat and the insulation means it stays warm for the day. We love the space - my office finally not in the house, a games and craft space, home cinema and gym combined. What I’ll remember is Ralph and his team, how brilliant they all are and my new happy space
