From the people we spoke to on the phone, a gentleman on the first call and then a lady, both were very helpful and informative.
I had broken my wrist, which made washing up with one hand difficult and they made sure that the semi-integrated dishwasher that I ordered was delivered quickly.
The two gentlemen, Andy and Lee who fitted the dishwasher, were skilled, efficient, friendly and generous with their expertise, explaining things for me.

CT Bell were so so helpful and made special arrangements to deliver a fridge freezer to my elderly mum on the same day in a heatwave. They installed the new one and took the old one away and gave advice on use and were so nice. We are so grateful!

We ordered a Bosch Dishwasher and a Bosch Washer/Dryer. We ordered instore and were able to see both appliances. We purchased them and booked delivery/installation. We were contacted before our delivery schedule and on arrival all went well. A great job with a session to show/tell how to use both. Good old fashioned service. Excellent we will be ordering again in the future.

‘All in one day’
Purchased a new Bosch integrate dishwasher today, CT Bell arranged an installation & within 3 hours the new machine was fully installed - the guys were incredibly helpful and I am very happy to recommend.

We needed a new integrated dishwasher. From the first call with Andrew to then him showing us the machine in the shop we knew we were in the best place. The fitting was booked for the following week and the 2 men who turned up that day were absolutely fantastic. They showed us more about the machine once fitted and were just amazing. It was so much better dealing with a local company rather than outsourced fitters.

It's the 3rd time we have used the Bell shop,and each time excellent service,and very helpful people .This time on the hottest day of the year our freezer gave up .We rang the shop and within 3 hrs a new one was delivered installed and the old one takenaway.

We rang C T Bell regarding a replacement integrated dishwasher. We had great advice on the phone and then visited the shop. Again excellent advice, the salesman was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right dishwasher for our needs at a great price. We then arranged for it to be delivered and installed a few days later.

I ordered a dishwasher from Bells this morning and had a delivery date of Wednesday. I then got call to say it could be delivered this afternoon and I am the happy owner of a newly installed dishwasher within 61/2 hrs from ordering. The customer service was great and the installation quick, efficiently done and by a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman. Thank you again CT Bell for such great customer service.

After a failed attempt by AO to install an oven I popped into CT Bell for some advice. They were really helpful so I ended up buying an oven from them. They bent over backwards to have it installed before Christmas and the installation engineer was fantastic. Minor panic on Christmas morning when the oven wouldn't work - but it turned it I'd accidentally turned the child lock on! Competitively priced and highly recommended.

Umm, I'm not sure about this one, I'll let you decide.

Bought an electric cooker on April 20th and paid £90 for basic installation. Was warned that if a gas pipe was in the way another company would need to move the gas pipe and do the electrical installation of the cooker, in which case the £90 for basic installation would be refunded.

Sure enough, the gas pipe was in the way so another engineer was scheduled to install and this took place successfully on 26th April.

Here starts the problem, I waited and waited but no sign of the £90 refund. On 21st May I emailed them, this was ignored. I tried ringing but got no answer. I emailed again on 1st June and finally got a phone call with two excuses:-

1. We thought Andy was dealing with that but he is on holiday. What, for over 5 WEEKS?

2. Oh, we thought the gas engineer would only charge the difference. This was having told me they would charge the full amount and C T Bell would refund.

Scam or honest mistake lasting weeks? I'll leave you to decide.....
