I do not know where to begin.
This platform is controlled around ads, and there is no way uou can get around it.
I tried to buy a premium subscription, but that did not change my browser experience at all.
I still was prompted by logins and such.
I have only one ting to say: This is crap, stay away. Unless you sell your soul to CurseForge and trust all cookies from around the world. And are using Windows, because my Linux experience was not working at all.
Also, there is no way to contact these critters if you have a complaint, except devious links you get in your mailbox..

Curseforge is just not good. I tried it awhile ago and it wasn't good, either. Their developers do not get paid fairly which just isn't right. Modrinth on the other hand, is really easy to use, pays their developers REALLY good and have good customer support (I have not tried Curseforge's customer support). You can also see how Modrinth is trying to improve their software day by day. I did try it again a little bit ago.

Servicio, es bueno para descargar, todo va bien, el problema esq demasiadas pero demasiadas salen con chistesitos, me refiero a modpacks conocidos y simplemente no es el modpack es el mal servicio Q simplemente decide no conectarse, es horrible ver cómo hace literalmente 5 mins todo iba bien pero después te salen cosas Q ya habías hecho correctamente y oh por dios cuántas veces las he tenido Q repetir? Más de 20, simplemente no se puede usar, lo he reiniciado, desinstalado e instalado, le he dado tiempo más que suficiente para Q cargue, y simplemente incluso teniendo un internet decento simplemente decide no conectarse, la sesión, el mundo bien pero cuando quiero iniciar el modpack, todo mal pero de lo Q le sigue mal, la pc es buena y bastante buena, suficiente para correr juegos pesados. Pero el servicio ¿Que hago darle una semana completa para solo iniciar una descarga?

Spent a whole hour trying to login, but nothing works.

Received a response to my lodged ticket within 15 minutes of lodging it about purchasing a premium mod for my game, the response that I received was clear and gave great instructions with image references where they could so that they could best help me out, fantastic service and I'll never be worried about reaching out in the future if I ever need too.

I love the app for my gaming (WoW) session. It has a lot of decent addon related tools like auto update and sync between several devices. App's support team is highly proffesional and friendly

super sketchy. it works well and all. but it uses darkPatterns to try to get you to install 2-3 different bloatware programs while installing it, and it also automatically makes itself start on boot, why? this is so unneccesarry. it also tries really hard to make you install overwolf when installing Curseforge which has been known to do some fishy things on your pc behind the scenes, it eats up all your resources too. thanks for reading.
a simple mod/plugin manager should NOT be trying to do all that.

I've found CurseForge to be extremely prompt in responding to inquiries and in reaching resolution. I like their format and their attention to detail

The AI support was useless, as all the “fixes” it recommended didn’t apply to ARK, seeing as the game doesn’t appear in the CurseForge app.

However, Dana was quick and precise. She asked for my account ID code and transaction IDs for proof of purchase, then manually marked the items I bought as purchased.

Horrible login
Curseforge is great, but logging in is an absolute nightmare. their authentication is absolute dogshit and cant even detect a simple xbox profile, even after authentication. fix your launcher

I, being the fool that I am, had a problem with the program. Immediately after I sent CF a message asking how to fix it they sent back a walkthrough on what I was doing wrong and how to do it correctly. Honestly I was shocked at the speed of the customer service and the clarity of the help. Could not recommend them higher

I needed help with a file long lost and they helped me very efficiently and patiently. Kindly.

I had never paid for premium mods until Ark Survival Ascended. I purchased three premium mods a while back, and all of a sudden my mods weren't showing up in game. I reached out to curse forge support, and they helped me solve my problem and get back to my game. The process wasn't super quick, but responses were steady. The support associate I was chatting with not only gave me clear instructions to fix my problem, but went above and sent the problems to the developers so that hopefully the developers can fix the issue for other players. My issue was resolved in a polite and casual conversation, with no sass! It was fantastic. While I hope that I don't have other issues with any other mods, I feel comfortable knowing I can reach out to support and get help.
