Customily is a great Customization app, It does what it claims it can do which is really useful. It provides a powerhouse of tools and choice of product variants. Its provides a seamless user experience. Jose from Customily was especially helpful with his assistance setting up my shop products in time for a successful launch. He has taken his time to explain, demonstrate and even help to complete complicated aspects of the project where needed and has constructively suggested where optimizations can be made.

Over the past two mornings, Daniela Baigorri helped me integrate with Etsy, navigate Customily’s tools, and upload my ShineOn product to Etsy. She was pleasant, patient, and understanding, and I truly appreciated her teaching style.

Customily is a great Shopify app that is easy to configure and use, with plenty of powerful features that can be customized to meet different project requirements.

The best part is the support team. They are friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von Customily. Anstatt meinen Workflow zu verbessern, habe ich durch diese App nur massenweise Zeit und viel Geld verloren.

Das Hauptproblem ist die ständige Unzuverlässigkeit: Es gibt dauernd Verzögerungen und technische Fehler. Mal funktioniert die App für einen kurzen Moment, und im nächsten Moment geht gar nichts mehr. Für ein professionelles E-Commerce-Business ist das absolut untragbar, da man sich nie darauf verlassen kann, dass die Personalisierung für die Kunden im Store auch wirklich funktioniert.

Ich kann diese App aufgrund der technischen Instabilität leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Wer ein stabiles System sucht, sollte sich nach Alternativen umsehen.

This is super customize-able and flexible. It is a little complicated, but it has to be in order to have the amazing flexibility. The people at Customily have been very helpful.
