Contact details on this company here are out of date. Their shop in Westgate Road is closed despite no sign on the door to say that.

Can't thank the team enough for their help. Looking for a flip front helmet. Tried all the usual, Shoes, Arai. Schubert, Scorpion, LS. Previously had a HJC but after a period got to hate it.
Told that the new F100 is worthy of a look after some fundamental design changes. Glad I listened. HJC F100, fit like a glove. Great support, no need to remove my glasses and switches to flip and sun visor totally upgraded.

I placed two sample orders on Custom Lids so I could pick options before placing a massive order upwards of a couple thousand pieces.

The first order had one hat and it was a great experience. The second order however (placed the same day as the firsT) had multiple different hats in it and just never got fulfilled. I finally reached out to customer service to see what was going on and only after a week did they let me know they were OOS of one of the items so the entire order was held up. I immediately responded picking a different color and they didn't get back to me for over a week. After reaching out multiple times to see what was going on and not hearing back, I finally got a response two weeks later saying the same thing...that it looked like one of the colors was OOS and the entire order was held up.

I still never got my order and I will not be placing my larger order with them since I can't even get in touch with their customer service team.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. An absolute trash company. After I approved a design proof they sent me, the final product came back MUCH later than promised with a completely different sizing. When I asked them to remake it to what the approved proof was, they said, "it is possible that the dimensions can change for an order in between digitization and the proof." This was followed by a disingenuous apology and an offer for 15% off my next hat.
Run, don't walk, away from this terribly run company.

Paid almost $80 for a distorted and poor product. I hate to leave poor reviews, but I gave this company weeks to respond to my emails and received no response whatsoever. I provided a simple print-rated image and the final product was misshapen. Disappointing product and customer service.

Great advice, good prices and customer care second to none.
I have been a Custom Lids Customer since the 80s and continue to seek advice and purchase motorcycle gear from this shop simply because they deliver the best service and products available anywhere at good prices.
I have never hesitated in recommending this shop to all my friends.
