Ordered a few things from Cuts on Wax
Ordered a few things from Cuts on Wax, print quality is always incredible. Almost identical to commercial releases. Variety of colours and sizes, picture disks look insane. I will be ordering more in the near future. This is the probably the best place GLOBALLY to get lathe cuts done.

Really happy with the service! The final product was great and beautiful. They're responsive and nice to work with. Be sure to plan ahead due to the lead time but they kept to the timelines provided which is great.

90€ for a Meh Vinyl
I payed 90€ for this Custom Vinyl.
He promised Song transitions, they didn’t work. He promised that all labels look good and don’t need a mock up, they didn’t. Cover looked ok, vinyl sounded also ok (5/10), labels looked terrible. Such mistakes are normally ok, but not for a product that costs 90.

Looking back at our communication, we realize we could have done better in clarifying exactly what you envisioned with the "song transitions". We're actively working on improving how we discuss these details with future customers.
Regarding the labels, we acknowledge your point. While we typically offer mockups for a more customized experience, it seems there might have been a misunderstanding in this instance. To ensure complete satisfaction moving forward, we'll be happy to offer mockups for all labels upon request.
