It cant figure out a basic birthday, you cant interrupt it's script at all. It's noting but an inconvenience. I'm almost at switching providers if this is how CVS rolls out customer care.

1st they still charge $25.00 for a bottle of 60 stool softeners. Where TARGET charges $6.99 for 160 of them. They've known for awhile & still hasn't lowered it. After promising they would. Liars ! Then they blow up my phone about a lousy prescription for 2 weeks. Im 65, disabled & taking care of my dying mother. While they blow up my phone daily. ZERO CLASS, LIARS & ZERO HEART. BEING HEARTLESS IS NO WAY TO MAKE SOMEONE ELSE RICHER. OBVIOUSLY NOT TO BRIGHT EITHER. PATHETIC!
Emily Morales, Ossining location-rude employee with nasty attitude
I have been going to this pharmacy in Ossining for years and have never had any issues with the staff. However, I recently encountered a problem with an employee named Emily Morales at the drive-thru window. She was rude and appeared to be having a bad day, which seemed to affect how she treated customers. Her behavior was unprofessional and not what I’ve come to expect from this location.
Based on this experience, I do not feel she is suited for a customer-facing role. I will also be filing a formal complaint with corporate headquarters.

Finally Stopped Buying Prescriptions at CVS
I am 70 years old, have had 7 surgeries (3 back, 2 hips, 2 knees and a hernia), 2 strokes, am a Type-2 diabetic (take Mounjaro and Synjardy for diabetes) and an Adult ADHD I take meds for (Quelbree).
So I take a lot of prescription meds which I have purchased 100% from CVS Trafalger, Indiana. Would not surprise me if the annual cost was well over $50,000.
Well today I switched every prescription refill to Meijer’s Pharmacy in Greenwood, Indiana because I am sick and tired with CVS !!!
The straw that broke the Campbell’s back was waiting at the drive-through today for over 10 minutes… I got tired of the weight and drove around to the front of the store, parked the car and walked all the way to the back to the pharmacy. The lady that was at the drive up window for 10 minutes was still there.
I complained about having to wait and was told they were waiting for their last prescription to be filled… and I was being mean and should take my business to another pharmacy if I didn’t like it.
This is not the first time I had to wait excessively in the drive up window line here.
A couple of months ago my wife and I waited in line for well over 20 minutes because the person at the window two cars in front of us was sitting there and nothing was happening. When I finally got to the window I asked what the problem was, and the pharmacist told me that they had a problem with their insurance and apologize to me for the way and said that he should’ve had to come into the store.
I called them a few hours later and had them transfer all of my prescriptions to the Meijer’s Grocery Store’s pharmacy…
They smugly told me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere and I did!!!

Review written for Joyce Long. I went through the drive to pick up 2 viles of insulin novolin 70/30 with my daughter in law. Debra said it was 79 dollars. I told Debra that's not right. She was hostile and told me I would have to call my insurance. She also told me I had to walk in and pick up my prescriptions from now on, I am not able. I have foot problems, heart problems, a pace maker, and am not able to walk that far.She ended up getting so upset she left the window and wouldn't even speak to us anymore. I have been a customer since they opened and I don't appreciate being treated that way, after this experience I will no longer be getting my medicine from CVS.

Who thought reducing human staff and asking people to leave voicemails for callbacks was a great business model for a pharmacy? I need immediate information, not an obstacle course.
I refuse to reward a corporation that is less concerned with providing efficient, helpful service and more concerned with cutting labor costs to increase profit. My medications are essential for my health and must be taken daily, so I can't play waiting games.
I was going to transfer my medications to CVS because it is closer to my house. It was such a ridiculously laborious experience that I realized that CVS I knew over a decade ago is gone. Do they expect elderly people to jump through hoops for basic care? I am not elderly, and I was fed up, so what if a 78-year-old was stuck with this? Who has the time to wait around for a callback? What if someone is in public? Are they supposed to disclose personal information to everyone within earshot? That's a recipe for phone tag, and as I said, this is my medication, not something frivolous. I refuse to play their games.
CVS will never get a penny from me, and I am going to complain about it as much as I can to as many people as I can because this is a travesty. This is an example of atrocious behavior and indifference to their customers. They want my money, but they don't want to earn it.
This horrific experience cost me hours of wasted time when I have 100 other things to do. And I still didn't get my medication that I need.
The very purposely limiting voice prompt menu was clearly designed to funnel me away from what I really needed, actual human assistance. I then wasted more time and called the CVS main number, and then they called the location to tell them what I could have told them myself for 1/20th of the time I spent trying to get 1 medication.
The agent claimed they were cutting down on wait times with this system. Hogwash. I know they are told to say that, which means they get these complaints so much that corporate had to come up with something for the agents to say in response. I have an idea. Change your system.
I told the agent to cancel the transfer, told her why, transferred my medications elsewhere, and then came here to warn people. Do not deal with this abusive treatment when there are other pharmacies out there willing to hire humans to answer the phone. My new pharmacy is great. I called, they picked up, they took care of my issues, texted me, and I will pick up my medication in the morning. It took less than 5 minutes.

This CVS location pharmacy is a complete joke. They most likely should rethink their hiring process and training. There are two staff members that are totally unfit to work at any pharmacy zero customer service no empathy for the store customers or other staff members. When you go to Big Bear CVS store you cringe when you have a question, you get one of the prima donnas and oh boy your in for a treat. I was trying to get a discount on my prescription from older Asian male that is at pharmacy and asked if I can get this savings card put on my prescription and he proceeded to tell me prescription will be ready in 15 minutes. I told him I know that, I just wanted to have you put my savings card in system before I pick up. He muttered something and typed away on PC. Muttered something else and walked away. I stood there in ah, and another staff member asked me did I hear what he said "no'' she said he entered your info. Now how could he enter info without the savings card it was in my hand?
I called corporate customer service filled a complaint and they had no problem entering the savings card information for me. I am shocked this place hasn't fixed its management issue. Take a look at Facebook for this location it not only me, ugh!
Tamarac store is Horrible at McNab & University
I went to the store at 6900 University Drive in Tamarac in order to fill my granddaughter's prescription. This store was a pigsty. Boxes were strewn all over the floors. The pharmacy tech was sarcastic, rude and apparently does not like her job. I also found a pill on the floor of which I took a photo. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CVS. A one rating is too high for this store.

Drive thru window close had to go in. They wanted you to use a machine to pick up your meds that would let in go so far then lock up. Finally had a real person to wait on me but I don't think she could talk she only smiled at me the whole time. I was trying to find out information but only smiles. I waited 15 minutes in my car on the pick up line, when I got the the window they physically closed the blind on me and would NOT let me pick up my prescription. I was out of my prescription and needed it that day. I went inside to talk to a "manager" who did not give me a solution to the problem and barely appoligized, just told me to keep my voice down. Went to the CVS on Main Street in Glastonbury CT - horrible experience, I walked out! It took over 45 minutes of waiting and I still didn't have my prescription even though it was ready. I stood in line, the girl couldn't help me with my discount. I had to wait again. Someone else calculated the discount. I had to wait in line again so that they could reprint the label. I waited and waited and waited. Then it was ready apparently but no one else could ring the register (or should I say no one was willing to ring the register - when someone asked, they smirked because they didn't care) they were having an issue with another customer so I had to wait and wait again. Hence my departure! Will never use this Pharmacy again. The staff was rude and showed no concern whatsoever about my experience. There were two other people there at the same time as me that we're experiencing the same issues. They actually handed the prescription for the woman that was waiting with me to another customer. It's a good thing she opened the bag, because she realized it wasn't her. That is simply dangerous and reckless. Never again, I'm going to Walgreens

I don’t know why you would fix something that isn’t broken. Your new voice system sucks big time!!! I can’t get to my prescription refills, stasis or anything and then it dropped my call. The app is slow and awful too. We will be changing pharmacies to get better service like Vons.

My daughter needed a glouse meter and the test strips. We were contacted 3 times that the script was filled. Three times I went to the store. Three times it was not ready. Come to find out all the script stuff was cvs brand and OTC. I paid for the stuff and left. Will not use this store in Palatka again. Sad because I was a key holder at this store from 95 to 99 as Eckards.
