Asked for prices. He was so rude and insulting. Never sent him anything and went elsewhere. Wish I had read the reviews before contacting him. Now waiting for the insults that he is excellent at.

1 star is me being far too polite. You can see from their review responses that they’re complete cowboys. Stay away, it’s not worth their childish and unprofessional insults.

Now I’m next on the list for a reply full of denial and sass.

This guy is absolutely vile. Aside from his awful business and lack of professionalism, it seems he spends his life trolling people online. Nasty piece of work. Stay away.

I received a connection request and message from Carol Thomas, a CV writer from this company.
She asked me if I’d like to send her my CV for a free review, to which I thanked her but that my friend is a CV writer (named him) so he helps me with this.
She replied by saying awful things about my friend.
When I responded by saying that was unkind and inaccurate, she replied again then blocked me!
I kept a screenshot of the entire conversation.

Stay away. Total cowboy.

If you don’t accept, he becomes increasingly rude and then blocks you so you can’t report him.
If you accept he tells you your CV is terrible and then charges you to ‘rewrite’ it.

Colin contacted me via LinkedIn - I advised him that I was not interested in his services - what does he do? He throws abuse because he's a bit salty that he couldn't scam me. Then he blocks me. After 30 minutes of searching the web, I find this half baked website and there I find Ian's details...I call up, he answers....but as soon as he hears what the call is about, he terminated the call and wont answer the phone. Also, its so obvious that the only other review is a fake.

Edit to his response - You sir, are a vile human being.

CVservices UK is an amazing free CV reviewer company. Colin found me via linkedin and offered his services. First I was reluctant but he insisted it was free, so I thought why not. My CV has not been updated in years and even though as a contractor I have no problems getting jobs, it's always good to get a 2nd opinion, fresh pair of eyes and especially a real professional to look over...Ian is an amazing CV reviewer. You can tell he really cares and wants you to show yourself in the best light. He give constructive criticism and takes care to review every line of your CV and the formatting. I am really happy Colin came to me. As I have now completely redone my CV. I can't recommend them highly enough! And I can't believe he does it for free. Mind blown.
