Excellent customer support - in the UK! I had a query, sent an email, got a reply the next day. Also had a follow up call re the delivery date.

Staff were helpful and understanding in helping me select the right equipment for my requirements. They were able to come up with a number of packages offering various standards and prices, all of which were at competitive prices. Dealing with them was a pleasure.

Very straightforward to deal with. The goods I ordered were not in stock, but I had an email to inform me, saying when they could be delivered by and asking whether this was still acceptable. I said yes, and the goods came on the day specified.
