Fast, reasonably cheap and actually held item in stock!

I purchased my first portable PA system through Cybermarket .
Price was , of course , a criteria but it went further than that .
Delivery was swift and , when I had some technical questions ,they were answered promply .
There were some minor issues with the product which were dealt with and repaired efficiently - underlining that customer service does not terminate after purchase .
I would heartily recommend this company to anyone contemplating the aqquisition of portable media equipment .

They were very flexible and able to meet my purchase needs quickly and effectively Communication with them was simple and after support was offered. I will have no qualms about contacting them again if I have any questions about my purchase. When you call you speak to a person not an automated service which is so refreshing. Emails were also answered in good time making the whole process professional. I would recommend them in the future whole heartedly.

Ordered a pair of outdoor speakers (BLACK).
They sent WHITE ONES.
One phone call and it was sorted with an apology.
Next day got the black ones and they picked up the white ones.
Except for the hiccup top service.

I can highly recommend for pre sales advice, pricing & delivery, Not only that, when we had a problem with installation, the after sales service was superb. I would only use this company in the future.

A little sceptical at first as very cheap.
I was really impressed with sound quality, ideal for kitchen.
Need to take the screwdriver out of kit though, a Christmas cracker tool.
Definitely worth the money!
