I am receiving great prompt service from CZTL. Beings I am a long time customer this says a lot. The delivery is swift and there are updates. The products are protectively sealed very well. There has never been a broken container. There are very good instructions. I’ve never needed customer support of any kind but I imagine based on the consistency of their service and the quantity of their products there is not much need to contact them.

Better than anything you’re going to find on Amazon- also it comes in 10x 1g vials and they are VERY easily dissolved in water. I made 5% strength solution and dissolving 5g of MB powder into 100mL of warm distilled water was incredibly easy. 5/5!!!! Just wish it was somewhat cheaper.

Fantastic product with fast and on time delivery. I also like that they send the 3rd party purity testing results along with the order.

Great quality, fast shipping, and by far, the best price anywhere. This is very easy to mix. I love being able to purchase the dry powder to mix it myself so I know it's always fresh. I will definitely purchase from CZTL again. This brand was suggested to me by a Naturopathic Doctor friend.

I just recieved 10 grams that I haven't opened yet. I am on the last gram of a 5 gram pack I ordered several months ago. CZTL is as good as the best I've tried. I love this blue stuff.

I have no problem with this company, and know product works by way I feel. Also CZTL had problems with shipping due to customs issues. Once resolved I got my shipment in a timely fashion, and they kept me informed on prior delay.

My package was not delivered. Customer service gave me a replacement delivery after several days back and forth. MB is a solid product.

Quick ship. Third party tested, easy mixing directions. Using off an on a couple of years, going to start regularly again. Saw it on the FLCCC website, pretty trustworthy I think. Had worked up to 26 drops a day and think it helped with memory. You know when you just can't think of that word!!

Update:
Customer service refunded me my order, so I ended up getting the product i ordered free of charge as they said the cost of returning the product would not be worth it. Thanks to the team for their generosity.

My advice to other customers who might need the product fast: buy it from the CZTL store on amazon, you'll get it much faster and might even get next day delivery.

Made an order and decided to purchase from their store on Amazon instead as it would be faster (got it the next day). Emailed the support team multiple times to cancel my order, but no one replied. Order was somehow shipped out despite no being given a reply by the support team (arrives in a week). I don't suppose I will have an easy time returning my order either.

Easy to locate amount needed, easy to order, delivery was quick and items wete secure and well packaged. Additionally, price was outstanding and I'll be ordering from this company in the future
