Bought a car from here in march that I am very pleased with, there was a few things that needed sorting under the warrenty, everything was spot on when I booked it in, I was greeted by jason birch who looked after me from the minute I got there with a courtesy car and within an hour of leaving he updated me on the repairs and continued to give regular updates, very happy buying a car from here and highly recommend to anyone,

I have just completed a sale and trade in with Dylan at Dace Car Supermarket. I can honestly say despite me asking a lot of questions as I do with car buying, the whole transaction and service was excellent, smooth and responsive. All issues/queries were resolved and answered promptly, everything was handled transparently and openly, nothing was at all rushed, pushy or salesy. In the end probably the easiest car purchase I've had over the years. Their goal is to offer very good and responsive service and quality cars, and they do it very well indeed. Big shout out to Dylan who pulled the strings his end and made it all as painless as possible. Great job!! Would most definitely recommend Dace (and Dylan) recommend to other car buyers.

** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE**

I was interested in buying a car which I liked from their dealership and made contact. As I spoke to sales assistant about my enquiry and made an offer of 6k for a car which was priced 6.5k. I was told that “ WE DONT TAKE OFFERS”. I was like fair enough. Their cars their prices and said to them “ GOOD LUCK”.

The market value of this car was much lower as per MOTORWAY which wasn’t more than 5k but then I do know dealers are there to make profits.

Next day Dan the sales manager rings me saying he can sell the car to me for 6.3k. I mean why contacting me if you don’t take offers and contradicting yourself?

I told him that I am on a budget and can’t go more than 6.2. He said I will let you know soon. He then rang me and left VM saying” WE GOT FANTASTIC NEWS FOR YOU” the fact that he got back to me in time, he was a man of his words and I give him all the praise and he is the only positive in my review.

As I am a key worker got busy with my work and family and when had a chance made contact after a week I called and asked for asked for Dan but was told that he is off sick and was made to deal with some called Chris. I explained Chris about my dealings with Dan and he told me he will ring me back. This never happened. I was determined to buy the car and made calls after calls, left messages only to be ignored by him. It was me who was chasing them than them doing this to me.

I did managed to make contact with him and he told me that the best he can do is 6.3k. I agreed and he told me he will get back to me but he never did. I then rang him again offering that let me know and I will leave a deposit and pick the car but he never did got back to me. I waited and only waited.

The car I believe is sold now. I assume they got the better price than me which is fine but I was shocked with the level of service I experienced.

Thumbs up to DAN and down to Chris. Never ignore your customers.

I am glad I never brought a car from them as if the service was that bad before buying it’s was going to be dreadful after.

I will not be buying from them in future and will not be referring my friend or family.

Rang Dace for info about a car, and Mike gave me a call back , before we even visited the showroom Mike sent us a video of the car. I can 100% say he wasn't pushy , gave me info about the company and to find out they were a family run independent British firm made it even better for us. We made the 40 min car ride , took the new car for test drive, sealed the deal with a great trade in price on our car . Nothing was too much trouble and also very polite and professional but also down to earth guys . The place was also spotless . Even down to the toilets. Paid for the car the guys did all transfer details, tax etc so smooth and drove our new car away. Even though they closed at 6 there was no rush for us to leave . The staff and especially Mike are a credit to the company. We will recommend this company to anyone . And all cars were reasonable priced too .

Very welcoming, knowledgeable and no hard sell, with such great cars they don’t need to! Honest, professional, straightforward and a pleasure to deal with, could not ask for more. Excellent service, highly recommended and we will be back!

The experience of buying my "new" car was as stress-free as such a purchase could be. No pressure sales, and good communication throughout. However, my 6-year-old motor proved to have a dying battery. I had to jump-start it once, and although it would start the car, it wasn't charging adequately when run. Batteries are normally excluded from the warranty, but Jason in Dace's warranty dept was excellent and understanding. He sorted me out with a replacement, offered me a couple of options, trying to minimise any inconvenience for me. The new battery was fitted same day at a nearby battery supplier, all costs covered by Dace. Excellent after-sales customer service.

Joe was class, no sales tactics, no preassure. Super relaxed, listened when I highlighted some minor cosmetic issues on the car and got them sorted before I picked it up. Refreshing change from
Main dealers and larger 2nd hand forecourts I’ve experienced (that fella Arnold who gets his shoes from Clarke for example ;) who can’t get you out of the Ken quick enough and don’t give a toss about helping you.
Top TOP bloke and the car was prepped and sorted just as they said it would be (minus 1 little section of door seal
