Great service and a very good customer support

We chose Daisychain for our daughter’s wedding invitations and I would recommend them to anyone. Jan was very helpful and very efficient. It was an absolute blessing being able to speak to someone about our requirements and not do it all online. The invitations are produced on high quality hammered card and bespoke to our design. They look sophisticated and very professional. The cards arrived extremely quickly by post, were very carefully packaged and good value. Some wedding invitations on line are extortionate for what they are. Daisychain are also a British company and I feel strongly about supporting home businesses. I will definitely be using Jan and Steve again. Thankyou for making a stressful process easy!

Did online but had a query and actually spoke to a super helpful lady. Wedding invites following proofs arrived super quick within a week and were absolutely fantastic. Quality brilliant and just how I hoped they would turn out to be. Great choices too. Cannot recommend them enough.

I ordered my save the dates from this company. They came very quickly and I found the customer service very prompt. The quality of the cards and envelope is very nice. I’m giving 3 starts as I had ordered champagne ribbon based off the website photographs but the ribbon that arrived is very pale and pink, not similar to the advertised photo. My wedding colour is gold so I’m disappointed by this but I don’t want the invitations to go to waste so I’m going to use them anyway and be conscious of this when ordering my actual invitations. Just a little disappointing. I’d not picked the gold option as on the website that colour looked very yellow but I think that would’ve suited better.

I’d be very happy with them and give 5* if the ribbon colour had shown up as on the website.

Just be conscious of this if ordering champagne!

The communication about our order of wedding invitations was excellent. Jan helped us try out different layouts until the right design clicked with me and my fiancé. The finished item is beautiful and we are delighted with the order at the price we paid.

It didn't t matter that my order for baby shower invites was only a small order, the service I received from this Company was second to none!
The quality of the invites are excellent and the design, which they helped me with, was just what I wanted, and all at a very reasonable cost.
You can buy generic baby shower invites slightly cheaper, but why would you when for marginally more you can have beautiful bespoke invites, of far superior quality.
I would definitely recommend this local Company!

Excellent service - I ordered invitations for our 80th Diamond Wedding Celebration, and place cards later with menu choices on the reverse. Daisy chain invites were so very helpful, friendly and efficient - after needing a lot of help, they printed them and returned them within 48 hours, so I was very pleased. I got married on 22nd August 2025. I had an idea of what colours I’d love for the bouquets and they delivered tenfold. Daisy Chain were fabulous to deal with; easy going, professional and incredibly talented. They called to my house punctually the morning of the wedding and gave us the most beautiful bouquets, before going to the venue and setting up a stunning unity candle and colourful pew ends.

The purchase experience from start to finish was great. Friendly and helpful communications, really quick to respond and my order was processed as soon as I approved my design. My personalised menus are amazing great quality and I’ll definitely use this company again.
