First off charged £4.50 for a candle that was marked at £3.50. Pointed it out then charged £4.00 for the same candle instead of £3.50.

Then charged £4.50 for a pebble that was labelled at £4.00. Staff member then claimed the pebble was £4.50 but customers had obviously knocked the price off. No apology. Not impressed. Fortunately I was on the ball and noticed the wrong prices others may not.

Thanks for your reply but you are missing the point. Had I not pointed out that £4.50 was the wrong price and then pointed out that £4.00 for the candle was the wrong price I would have been overcharged as the incorrect amount was twice shown on the payment terminal. The pebbles were shown at £4.00 NOT £4.50. As clearly shown as £4.00 should I not have been charged £4.00 not £4.50? Poor customer service and no apology. Won't be shopping with you again. You were happy to overcharge me.

Very good selection. My order arrived prompt with tracking number (Royal Mail) very happy with the purchase for my daughter. Would definitely recommend and will use this site again. Well done !

From a choice of beautiful stock, the purchases I ordered were sent quickly, all beautifully hand wrapped in tissue paper, exceptionally well packed & to top it off they included a handwritten thank you card for purchasing from them. I had a problem with one of my purchases, it was immediately sorted out.
What an exceptional experience with a personal touch. Nice to see excellent service still exists.

My items arrived when they said it would it was marked as fragile they were well wrapped so no breakages when I opened one it was as describe beautiful would highly recommend this company well done all of you.

Great service. Package was slightly damaged when it arrived so I feared the worst, but it was so expertly protected the mug was impact in its cocoon. Docked a point for the ridiculous cost of postage from uk to Australia, though in truth it was reasonable compared to others
