EXCELLENT SERVICE
I ordered a pair of overshoes on Sunday, got a couple of witty messages advising me that my order had been received and it would be despatched ASAP and I should expect delivery on Wednesday. They arrived on Tuesday, just ahead of the message telling me that they were on their way. What could be better than that? I wore them yesterday, Saturday, and they were perfect.

Dales Cycles were fantastic at sorting out a delivery issue where the main courier couldn't get to them to collect my order. They kept me upto date at all times and did everything they could to get my order delivered to me in the quickest time possible. Really impressed!
