I don't usually do reviews but feel compelled to write one now. Purchased the 3/4 length sleeve long john vest and was very nicely surprised by the feel, cut and quality......ordered another 2 and they arrived the next morning. Brought the one originally for work but it/they have been promoted to casual/smart. Refreshing to be able to quality.

I had bought a few collarless shirts from a major high St shirt company but they only did a white shirt, and since a certain TV programme there are a lot of cheap dodgy grandad shirts about. I found this site looking for a drill jacket a le Monty don. Shirts. Fantastic. 6ft 3 and plenty to tuck in. Genuine retro feel. Such authentic patterns and cloth. I bought a cotton vest and it was so good I've sent for two more.. Looks awesome with any waistcoat and so comfortable. Clothing so distinctive and a really good cut. Love it😁😁

No responsibility taken for cutting error in collar. I was
offered only a return at my own expense.

The standard excuse with this company seems to be that clothes
cannot be cut to "engineering standards." They fall short,
however, not only of the engineer's standard but also of that of
the self-respecting craftsman.

Excellent products, gorgeous and very strong. Yheir high-waisted pants are the best I have ever owned. The customer service has always been prompt and helpful. Warmly recommended.

I got a pair of high-waisted moleskin trousers from Darcy Clothing, my first order from this company. The trousers have a fishtail back and button fly, as do all their trousers. The quality is absolutely superb!
I also bought a collarless shirt which can take the separate starched collars using collar studs. The shirt is also cotton and the feel of the shirt, like the trousers, is superb. The saying “you get what you pay for” is so true. They are worth every penny. It’s a very long time since I wore braces to hold up my trousers and it feels so perfectly comfortable. Based on such high quality, I intend to buy 1950s style trousers and a waistcoat with complete confidence. These clothes are going to last for a good few years, just like the quality of workmanship we used to get and is all too often lacking in these modern throwaway times.
