Item not received. Not answered several emails and messages. Total silence from the company. I have begun a resolution with pay pal for a full refund. Avoid!!!

Update: Managed to get a refund via Paypal.
Paypal could not get an answer from them either

We ordered items in April 2019, never received them, but money has been transferred, so in my understanding this is a freud, our money has been stolen.Do not order anything from here, your money will be stolen too and you will never get the ordered stuff.

Avoid at all costs. Dark Side Toys have scammed and stolen from many buyers. Pre orders remain unfulfilled, emails are ignored and requests for refunds rejected. I don’t know what’s going on here with this seller, whatever the reasons, the result is thousands of pounds taken from buyers without the goods being ordered ever being delivered. Effectively this is theft. David Rawstron should be throughly ashamed of himself

Ai acheté chez eux quelques £1500 de marchandises au cours de la dernière année et pour être honnête, je suis pleinement satisfait de tout ce qui m'a été envoyé jusqu'à présent: packagings impec', envois soignés et rapides.

Cela dit, 3 pré-commandes d'un montant global de £600+ effectuées il y a plus de 6 mois n'ont toujours pas été honorées.
Et c'est ici que le problème surgit, ou plutôt devrais-je dire la FRAUDE! En effet, David Rawstron, le vendeur, qui n'a fourni aucune mise-à-jour des objets commandés ne me répond plus depuis août dernier. Tous mes emails et messages via le site ont depuis lors été lamentablement ignorés.
Pire, j'ai tout récemment découvert via Facebook que TOUS les articles de ma dernière pré-commande (placée en juin) furent disponibles en septembre. Nous sommes aujourd'hui le 15 novembre et... rien. RIEN!

Il ne fait plus aucun doute à présent que je ne les aurai jamais, tout comme les figurines des deux pré-commandes précédentes. Ce que confirment également les innombrables commentaires acerbes témoignant d'expériences similaires.

A ce stade, Dark Side Toys relève davantage de la fraude que d'une entreprise honnête et sérieuse. Pour un business ayant pignon sur rue, c'est absolument scandaleux!

J'ai donc introduit 3 réclamations auprès de VISA qui y a répondu positivement, bien que les délais impartis soient en théorie dépassés. Comme quoi, tout espoir n'est pas perdu pour celles et ceux qui tentent de récupérer leur argent volé.
J'invite donc toutes les victimes de ces escrocs à en faire de même.

N'hésitez pas non plus à contacter par téléphone l'Action Fraud Police du Royaume-Uni; ils offrent la possibilité de pouvoir s'exprimer en français. Si aucun interprète n'est disponible au moment de votre appel, ils vous recontacteront ultérieurement.

Bref, évitez cette entreprise frauduleuse à tout prix! N'ACHETEZ PAS CHEZ DARK SIDE TOYS !

I'm not quite sure what has happened to these guys but they have spectacularly fallen from grace. They fail to reply to emails direct or on Facebook which is unforgiveable for a company, totally unforgiveable and unacceptable - They shall not be getting a penny more from me in the future. I am out of pocket for a pre-order deposit so will either have to go through the PayPal refund route or write it off. There are far better options out there; other companies whom actually care, respond and update their customers....oh and the added addition of sending your items always helps! - A truly awful experience!!

To be totally honest initially Dark Side Toys were a really great seller my first thirty or so orders were timely, well packed and reasonably priced. However since opening their shop things appear to have gone horribly wrong. £660 of pre orders with nothing, no reply to emails, messenger or facebook. I have reclaimed the recent orders back but am still almost £300 out of pocket with pre orders going beyond the six month paypal/ bank cut off. I have taken an alternate route to try and get this back. Whats really annoying is that photo's of some of these preorders can be seen in the shop and various conventions were DST has a stall. If you use them you have been warned!

Paid in full, expecting a small wait for popular product. It has now been 4/5months. Customer service is non existent!! you write emails and messages but no reply.
Very shoddy company that I wont use again, steer clear if you have sense or they will just keep your money for months while you sit waiting for your product!

Never delivered on my item I pre-ordered 7 months ago. They would not reply to messages or emails. Avoid at all costs

i pre ordered a big starwars order a few months ago they cancelled it saying i hadnt paid my invoice one i never got or that they could provide a copy of massive disappointment they wont reply to email customer service stinks !!

I've ordered twice from this site and both times were bad. Terrible after sales service. Won't reply to emails or the messege function on the website.

Did not receive any of the 3 orders I made with them and they do not respond to mail

Don't buy from this site. They ignore you completely. Emails, Facebook and chat.

Esta gente son estafadores profesionales, yo consegui recuperar mi dinero, no los recomiendo en absoluto 5 pre ordenes y solo una cumplida, no volvere a comprar alli en mi vida y sera mejor que otros compradores se lo piensen antes de ordenar alli.

Terrible terrible fraudstars. This needs to be spread. Do not order. They are thiefs. Robbers. I would trust 3 people locked up for theft in my own home before i would trust these lads with my money. This is a simple warning to everyone. Do not order from them. And i suggest that everyone takes the legal action i plan on taking too.

UPDATED: 29/05/20 THIS FRAUDSTER HAS OPENED A NEW SHOP CALLED 'FALLEN ORDER GROUP LTD' SO STEER CLEAR.... DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!! This company is happy to take your money and not supply you with your goods, I have emailed them, messaged them on facebook messenger and tried to ring them with no reply! I will be contacting gov.uk now to report this company. AVOID!!! They also block you on social media so you can't comment and your previous comments/replies get deleted!!

This shop is a fraud!!! Haven't received my order and they don't answer mails or when I contact them on Facebook... Been waiting for my order for several months and no sign of it turning up... Will recommend you to find another place to shop for your items.

Pre ordered 2 sets of retro STAR WARS figures in May. No communication telling me when I could expect my order and no replies to my phone messagess. No emails or texts despite having this information.
However. At long last my order has been fulfilled. I am happy with what I received. The box was well packed and contents protected. I would order again, but would expect far better communication if my order was delayed. If they had kept me informed this would have been a 5 star review. As it was I had no messages from them at all.

I paid a deposit for an item. Months later I still haven't heard so I looked them up here. Not very good reviews. I contacted them again and mentioned this site and within minutes my deposit was returned. I think they panicked that I would give them a bad review. And here it is. Don't offer a service you can't fulfill. Reply to all queries ASAP. I had such high hopes for you and you failed me. Shame on you!

Similar experience to others. Pre ordered an item with a few other sale items three months ago and have heard nothing. Emails ignored, 120 quid down the drain! I’m going to get onto my bank and see what can be done to retrieve payment back.

Keep in mind, I’m not one to complain either. I’ve never written a bad review in my life. But these guys are absolute cowboys! Stick with Star action figures, kapow or in demand toys!
