The owner lied to me when I purchased a GITD VADER BOX NO.288 telling me it was indeed a GITD when infact it was just a standard pop! I have all the messages he sent me and when confronted with all the evidence the owner threatened to get his lawyer involved! When i sent his message (INDEED IT IS) several times he still denied it! Item wasn’t wrapped properly and got crushed and I pointed out DHL DELIVERY WAS USELESS ALSO DST THEN DECIDED TO CHANGE DELIVERY SERVICE TO ROYAL MAIL AFTER A FEW COMPLAINTS!

Absolutely shocking service. Pre-ordered wave 2 and 3 of the Vintage Collection, with some duplicates, on June 12th 2018 and paid in full - just over £200. Site said estimated delivery August. Still nothing received by December and no communication or updates during the whole of that time. Had to chase and said I was worried that they could not supply the stock and asked for a refund if they couldn't. Was assured that stock was on the way and would be with sent first week of January. Nothing sent, multiple chasers later, an excuse about stock stuck in customs and then today after having to chase again, have been told that they do not nor will have all the items in stock to fulfill the order. Knowing that they had sold stock in October to buyers that hadn't pre-ordered makes this even worse. Cannot be trusted, do not communicate unless chased. Should anyone have to wait 8 months for an order to be sent and then told that after all that time, holding your money, that they cannot fulfil? Simply put, No. Do not use!
