Got a Dewalt drill with two batteries for a good price. I saw their Amazon shop promised quicker shipping than their own online shop. I prefer not to use Amazon, so I emailed them. They were able to get it expedited to match their Amazon store's estimated delivery date. It was end of the year, around holiday time. Appreciated the human touch. Would definitely shop from them again.

Broken tool Replaced
Very fast delivery but sadly the tool was broken and didn’t work I contacted Customer services immediately who said they would inform the necessary team who would get back to me. This did take longer than expected but customer service did contact me and we resolved the issue, also with a good will gesture in way of apology. We discussed what happened and they have promised to improve there processes to ensure this does not take as long in the future. Nice that they took onboard the issue and have agreed to improve.
