I recently ordered various products from DatazoneDirect.com, and while there were some hiccups, the overall experience was quite satisfactory. The delivery was initially delayed beyond the expected date, and there was a bit of confusion with order details due to communication issues. However, the customer service team was helpful in addressing the problems and even refunded a portion of the delivery fee when needed. Despite some missing items initially, the staff promptly rectified the situation by sending the correct products quickly. The quality of the products was good, and their willingness to resolve issues showed a commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, while improvements in communication and order accuracy would enhance the experience, DatazoneDirect.com provided reliable products and responsive service. 4 stars.

I ordered a 12u Data cabinet from Amazon fulfilled by Data Zone Direct. Initially, I was informed delivery would be between 29th of August and 2nd Sept. I had already restricted the delivery times and days to Monday to Friday and 9.30 am until 5.30 pm. I got another email confirming delivery on the 2nd of September. That suited me nicely. Then yesterday morning at 0717 I got a telephone call from the delivery driver saying that there was not answer. Well, that is correct because there is no one in. I told him that someone would be in later in the day but not until after 9.30. They then delivered in the afternoon. The problem is that this is for a job for not this weekend but the next one and it is now blocking the entrance to the house. On top of this when I check on Amazon it says it is still due to be delivered on the 2nd. There is a massive breakdown in communication between Amazon and Data Zone but at the end of the day, it is DZD who shipped it. I just hope I do not get another one on Monday

Just ordered my first Data Cabinet with Datazone. Debbie was extremely helpful advising on the items I needed and pushing the order through as I needed it urgently. 5* Service from them and great communication.

Ordered a wall mounted data cabinet with some accessories after 19:00 and was surprised to find it outside the next afternoon? Didn't hear doorbell nor knock on the door, it was just there. Could just be me.

Products were in good order and as expected. Would definitely recommend.

Good enough products, but bad sales experience, and dishonest.

I ordered a CAT6 internal kit with wiring and sockets. The kit appealed as it was advertised as coming with a punch down tool to enable connection of the wires to the sockets.

I paid for next day delivery, on a Thursday afternoon. Then received an email saying my order would arrive Monday. I contacted Datazone and was informed that they have a 3pm cut off for next day, though this wasn't indicated at the point of ordering. However they immediately refunded 50% of my postage. All good I thought...

When the kit arrived there was no tool included. Instead there were two short ethernet cables (I already have scores of these spare in the office). When I contacted Datazone via email I was told "Sorry about that, the punch down tool as discontinued as part of the kit last year, we now send it with 2 ethernet leads, I missed taking it off the description" (sic). I replied saying it was a pretty big omission, and just received another apology. No refund or offer to send the tool.

Checked the website, and the images of the kits have all been hastily changed to show an ethernet cable instead of the tool originally advertised. Descriptions changed as well. My original email order though, shows the image with the tool.

All a bit deceitful and dishonest really.

Helpful sales staff, so I decided to place an order.

The goods were delivered promptly but unfortunately some of the items were missing and/or I received different items instead, e.g. I received 2x single gang faceplates instead of the ordered 8x double gang faceplates and 1x RJ45 plug (YES 1!!!) instead of ordered 50 plugs! Due to this error I had to reschedule the technician as not all the parts were delivered.

The staff again were helpful and they sent the correct/missing items next day but even still I received 7 double faceplates instead of the 8. Gave up chasing in the end.

The person picking the orders does really need to go to SpecSavers!

After having trouble purchasing a new cable for my telephone, I ordered one from DatazoneDirect. Unfortunately it did not work and so I contacted the Company and explained my problem. I spoke to Simon, who could not have been more patient and helpful. After describing the wiring colour of the cable I needed he made a new one and sent it immediately. What service!!!

25m of outdoor rated Cat5e with a pre-wired socket on one end and a RJ45 plug on the other, and now we have stable connection to our SkyQ mini box. Super value for money and meant I could get put my massive drill bit to use...

Received a call from them to say the item I ordered was no longer in stock and suggested an alternative at no additional cost. Item arrived next day. All excellent
