Conveyancers with a difference, you will be dealt with by a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor who will handle your transaction from start to finish.
You can contact us personally at any time during the process, you will not be "fobbed off" to a more junior member of staff. Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. I was kept me informed every step of the way! Very quick process, emails answered within 24 hours. First time buying a house and it was a very easy process. Thoroughly happy with the service and will definitely reccomend and will use again!

They are very quick and they sent out the draft Contract and papers to our Buyer's Solicitors the same day that the sale had been agreed. They give good advice when things go wrong. They keep clients regularly advised of the up to date position in connection with their transactions. They return telephone messages promptly. The process of selling our house was made more visual through the progress tracking tool that you can access online. Email alerts notify you when you have moved a step forward on this tracker and you can see the next step/stage in the process. Rose & Sherrie were brilliant at keeping me informed and chasing for information down the chain, when required. Information was relayed to me over the phone or by email, I never had an issue contacting them or receiving a response in return. Would highly recommend.
