Conveyancers with a difference, you will be dealt with by a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor who will handle your transaction from start to finish.
You can contact us personally at any time during the process, you will not be "fobbed off" to a more junior member of staff. Excellent service, second to none.
Rose and her team have helped us through what has been a difficult transaction, with a professionalism and attention to detail second to none.
In particular, having the personal contact that you wouldn’t get from a run of the mill, mass-market solicitor.

An excellent property lawyer
I was selling a house without using an estate agent and needed to find a property lawyer to deal with the sale. Davis & Co was recommended to me and I could not have found a better firm. They are all very frendly and kept me informed though out. I have never sold a house before and Rose was very helpful even ringing me on her day off to inform me the sale had been completed.
