I have previously bought and sold through DB Roberts and had a very positive experience. I have recently become the landlord of a property and approached the lettings department to assist me with the management of my property. I was really pleased with the service I have received from them in particular Lisa and Megan who I have been dealing with. Their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail has been outstanding. From initial contact, getting everything in place, advertising, referencing tenants has all been a smooth process. I feel my property is in safe hands and looking forward to working with them going forward.

I have worked with DB Roberts Lettings for many years. They have always displayed unmatched professionalism and taken a proactive approach to managing my tenancies, helping me to stay on top of the many issues that have arisen.

I have been particularly impressed with both Lisa Edwards and Nicole Stiller. They never wait for a problem to escalate; whether it’s providing detailed property reports, mediating tenant issues, or navigating complex maintenance, their communication is meticulous. Any delay in rent is addressed immediately, and payments are always processed very quickly.

An excellent company to rent with. Our property manager Bethany and letting agent Tia have both been amazing and made the whole process smooth and not stressful. They are both always at the end of the phone/an email with any queries we may have and keep regular communication. The staff are also lovely, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend DB Roberts as a company to let with.
