I would strongly advise people to avoid ordering from DC Shoes UK.
I placed an order in early June and received DPD tracking showing the parcel moving through Europe. It was then marked as “delivered”, but nothing was actually delivered to my address.
I checked thoroughly around my property and with neighbours, and the parcel was not there. The tracking itself was inconsistent and provided no reliable proof of delivery.
I contacted customer service but only received generic automated responses that failed to address the situation. There was no meaningful attempt to investigate or resolve the issue.
Eventually I had to escalate the matter through PayPal. Only after opening a dispute was I able to get a refund, as the seller could not provide proof that the parcel had been delivered.
Overall a very poor experience - unreliable delivery and ineffective customer support. I will not be ordering from them again.

Same experience as a lot of others here. Orderedon the 8th June, dispatched on 10th June and the tracking goes no further than dpd Netherlands. Called dpd yesterday who told me the sender hadn't paid the correct duty on the parcel so have now been returned to Belgium. I have emailed DC and no reply. These were a birthday present needed for my son. Will never order from this company again!

DC stands for Dont Care, do not buy from them online. I ordered shoes tjat nevet arrived. I had to call DPD, turns out DC only put my post code on the label. DPD sent them bsck, no communication from DC. You cant cskk them, they do not answer emails in EU or UK. They dont answer messages or comments on Facebook. I have asked 3 times for a complaint to be raised and no reply.....they are joke. Avoid as they really are this bad and pretty much steal your money and ignore you!

I ordered a pair of trainers in the middle of May. It is now mid JUNE and they still have not arrived yet. I contacted their customer services and they sent back a bog standard response and have ignored all my follow up emails.

I have initiated a chargeback with my bank but this can take weeks and I’m not even sure that I’ll get my money back at this point. Avoid these crooks at all costs and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I placed a order on the 31st of may and was given a tracking number turns out was coming from overseas even no I ordered them from the UK website but not to worry I thought 19 days later still no parcel 🤔 so I contacted DPD and turns out DC has not put my full address on the parcel so I thought after sending 15 emails to the site I would email again even though I have not had 1 reply from them and its the only way you can contact them I got a email back from them saying we cant update the parcel information now as its all ready on its way so they have told me when they get it sent back to them they will give a refund but I will just have to contact my bank and get my money because the company is a complete joke

I ordered a pair of trainers from here on 6th June, shipped on 9th June and had been stuck in the Netherlands since 11th June. I spoke with DPD who said it was incomplete delivery address but won't allow me to give them any address details. I have contacted dc 3 times and only had one automated response that didn't even relate to the issues I sent to them. I have found two other emails addresses for them and both bounce back. The only UK number I found says lines are open from 1:30 till 6 I think but they never actually are it's always that message! Now 19th June and still do further scans or response from dcs. I paid through clearpay who are also making it never impossible to stop further payments and refund the ones I have currently made.
Absolutely joke of a company do not buy from these.
Maybe should be reported to trading standards or something looking at all these reviews with the same problem.

The parcel was send without my address on it and DPD returned it to sender (DC Shoes) without contacting me!
They are happy to take your money, but never ship shoes!

I am in the same position as many placed an order on 31st May and still not received my order! Customer services has t replied to any of my emails!! Their customer services line is based in France and barely ever open! DPD hasn’t had an update on delivery status from the 4th June! The company has taken our money but we haven’t recieved anything at all!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered on 4th June and it was confirmed via DPD that they were delivered on the 11th so I then contacted DPD to say they hadn’t arrived. Below email response received from DPD:
“As per our call sadly you would need to contact the senders of this parcel in Belgium as parcel returned back to them as they have not provided ANY customs data for this to clear through”
Have made attempts to contact DC directly but to no avail so I have displayed the payment with my bank and received a refund.

Expected better from a reputable brand.

Same experience as others recently.
Ordered on the 25th May. They ship from Belgium, and it said shipped on the 28th May.
The tracking link they send you is from DPD Belgium which shows "delivered" but UK DPD shows as in transit to the UK, with the last scan in Netherlands.
Its now 16th June. No update on the DPD tracking. For the last 2 weeks I've tried to contact DC by email, live chat, Facebook and getting automated responses.

I have never had so much difficulty contacting a genuine company.
I've double checked to make sure I wasn't scammed and purchased through the genuine site, and I have.

Only recourse is to contact the bank for a refund.

Wore dcs for years, and after this I’ll never buy another pair again, pure waste of time, ordered on June 1st, and been sitting at dpd Nederland bv since June 2nd, haven’t moved since, it’s now being dealt with by credit card provider as dc refuse to acknowledge any of my emails. I ordered tops from L.A the same day and recieved them in no time, joke of a company!, bird riders in saint jean FRA were the vendor dc used to fulfill this order, stay away, im still £60 down

Avoid this company, ordered two pair of shoes for my son on the 8/05/2026, the shoes were delivered on 16/05/2026 my son tried them on and they were the right size ordered but they were too small, so I asked for a return label which was emailed to me on 16/05/2026. I sent them back on 18/05/2026, it took 8 days for them to be returned which was 26/05/26. So T&C are 30days to return and 10 days for a refund. It’s taken 20 days for me to get my refund. But there is no communication from the company it was all automated emails, will not be ordering from this company again

Ordered some shoes on the 6th June, didn't dispatch till the 9th. Kept an eye on DPD tracking only for them to now say delivered, which they have not. Contacted both DPD and DC shoes. DPD say not delivered on their system but delivered for me through the tracking..... DC responded by sending me a delivery photo from an order I had made months ago which was sent via ROYAL MAIL.

I doubt i will receive the order or even a refund. Absolute joke of a company.

I ordered from DC shoes uk website. They sent my parcel through DPD. IT sat with DPD for over a week with no updates, then suddenly it says its been delivered. Nothing was delivered to me. when i go to dc shoes to request them to look into it, the contact us page doesn't work. I cant find a phone number or email for them. DPD are useless. I have no way to get the item or money back. I will never be buying from them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Absolutely disgusted with this company! Put an order through 4th June, shipping email received 08th June with tracking updated on the 11th saying it had been delivered, nothing was received! It's impossible to contact DC shoes and only get an automated response back which is no help at all when you completed the online form. I contacted the couriers DPD who stated that the parcel got sent back to DC shoes on the 11th June and to get money back from DC.
Still awaiting a response regarding a refund which I doubt I will ever see at this point. DC shoes is running some sort of scam!!

Shoes dispatched 29th.
Shoes tracking tagged in Netherlands 29th.
Sent a chase up email 3rd June.

Phoned DPD 9th June to be told package is stuck in Netherlands with no address information and customs info wasn't provided anyway. Package will eventually be returned to DC. He advised to start refund procedures.

I decide to send an email requesting refund procedures and got an autoresponse again with the broken tracking link.

Initiated a charge back with my bank and instantly got it. I love DC Shoes but I will never use this site ever again. Now to find a UK stockist for reasonable priced Stags.

I ordered a hoody from DC and they shipped it through DPD. I kept tracking my parcel with the provided reference number and it didn't move for more than a week and then randomly said it was delivered. Nothing had arrived. I called DPD who advised they dont have my address from DC to send it to me and to contact DC. DC have no telephone number for uk customer service and when you use their contact us message service you get a generic, bot response. Awful customer service from such a well known brand.

Ordered a pair trainers on 22nd may took 7 days to be shipped for the wrong information to be on my parcel and stuck in neatherlands on way to uk... dpd were extremely helpful and told me that they had been returned to Belgium to originally shipping destinations.... customer service is absolutely useless I've had to try get a refund back via the bank for this never again will I use this company ... seems from other reviews cud be along wait for the refund back

Courier picked up parcel 18th May. Delivered to DC Shoes 26th May. This was confirmed on courier website. Ten days later, still no email from DC Shoes to confirm receipt. Payments for returned product still being demanded from my account. No way of contacting them by phone. Service requests via their customer support hub are ignored.

Terrible company. This is the second time this year that I have had this problem with them!!!

As the other reviews have mentioned, the customer service is non-existent. They keep emailing me to say there is a birthday discount code in my account, but it isn’t displaying. I have been emailing them for the past week and have not received a reply. Just utterly useless.

Such a simple issue to solve and I could have placed my order a week ago.
