I ordered a pair of trainers from the online store. I ordered size 8 and they sent a US8 (so UK7). You get no return label or receipt in the delivery bag with the shoes and I have had no email with any reference for the order number. Apparently, returns can be done by a form on the website (but need an order number) and they are charged at £5 which I don't think I should be paying for when it is their mistake!

I tried emailing customer service to rectify this and have had no response after 3 days. I have tried calling repeatedly (currently on the 6th call) and there is no answer after 15 minutes where the line helpfully goes dead.

I ordered trainers on Monday and they arrived Tuesday. Really impressed with the speed of delivery especially as a lot of people seem to have an issue with the company.
Nice to get a discount as a new customer too. I'll definitely buy from here again.

I'm going to go out of my way to leave this review. I was worried having ordered before checking Trust pilot which is unusual for me. I'm glad I did though because I probably wouldn't have and therefore wouldn't have received my lovely new comfy trainers in 4 working days.

My wife bought me a pair of snowboard boots and trainers from DC for my birthday. Unfortunately they came up small and I had to return them. We returned them on 10th December via their EVRI courier service. It has been returned to DC on 13th December and It is now 3rd Jan and we have still not received a refund. It was over £360! We have emailed them many times as their is no phone number to contact them on and have only received one email that says they are going to look into it and it will take 10 days. That was over 10 days ago and still no response. Please contact us and issue our refund DC. Not at all happy

Shoes were defected, just like the last few pairs that I've bought from them, the sole glue isn't attached properly, after wearing trainers for a day and getting hot, the glue melts and starts detaching from the fabric.

The whole production of the shoes have changed, nothing like what DC used to be.

I got in contact with the customer service, who don't seem to care, use automated emails and not a human being to talk to.

I have been given a voucher code to redeem £54.99 however, the code which I have been given is invalid and nobody will talk to me.

wasted money, wasted time, avoid this website at all costs.

Always excellent customer service, shoes arrive in good time and the returns process is made super easy.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones to get a positive experience. I ordered trainers for my partner on Friday (3 days ago) and they arrived this morning. They are perfect. He's going to be chuffed when he has them on Father's day as a gift.

Returned 2 pairs of shoes and foolishly ordered the replacements before I received a refund. I chased the refund via their contact section on the website and it took 3 weeks to even have a response, from there it's been another 2 weeks of being ignored. Easily the worst customer service I've received in a long time. Would encourage others to avoid.

This is by far the worse company ever to deal with now, been a fan of DC's for 22+ years. No longer, they've f...... up beyond all recognition any semblance of reputation.

Shoddy stitching or bad manufacturing, on 50% of all the products I received. Non-existent customer service, it takes over a month to get a reply, IF they even reply.

Things I ordered over 2 months ago still haven't been addressed properly and waiting on refund, they gave notification they received the returned item 18 days ago.

This company has done so much damage to the DC international brand I hope DC's America sue the .... out of them. Either way I am done, never, EVER again.

Absolutely appalling service now that DC's are no longer stocked in any shops it forces you to order the shoes online and that's where the issues start, low stock levels the discounted lines never have sizes you want, then you finally find a shoe you want order it and wait forever then they arrive and they are incorrect and not what you have ordered. Fill out a online refund thingy and nothing no response. I went through my credit card company eventually a joke I guess I will find another shoe I like only been wearing DC's for 20 plus years a joke sort yourself out and stop using the Muppet delivery company to deliver the shoes box looked like Mike Tyson had delivered it.

Ordered trainers weeks ago. Confirmation email said that my shoes will arrive between 06/09 and 09/09. It’s now the 15th and no sign of shoes. Tracking link does not work and DC trainers have not responded to my email. Don’t think I’ll be getting my shoes/money back any time soon. Don’t order from them.

i would like it putting right and to get what i've paid for.

amazed that there is no way to contact other than emails that are ignored. only bots answer you.
there is a UK order number but you are cut off on every option selected.

pathetic way to run a business.

i will give it another week or two then go to small claims court. i cba with companies that operate in this way

Trainers coming unstuck after 1 week no contact number no response through emails after they asked me to send photos didn't hear anything back been trying for over a month. Now absolutely shocking

I would give DC no stars if possible! They went me completely the wrong shoe. The returns process forces you to use Evri (aka Hermes) and they don't even track items properly and you never know if your returned item has be delivered! DC emails you via automated bots weeks/months later when you can't contact anyone... The automated emails are sent at midnight and are completely unhelpful. Months after making a simple order you still don't have the shoes and can't get a refund... NEVER BUY FROM DC! I certainly won't again!!

no response via phone. no response via email. no response via contact form. order stuck at processing for days. payment disappears from my payment card. awful!

There customer service number does not connect you to anyone just disconnects. Impossible to actually speak to anyone, my order was not delivered so trying to get a refund.

I wish I had read the reviews here first. 1/2 the order arrived ok, but still waiting on the second half over 2 weeks later. Despite "UK" being pasted all over the website they ship from Belgium, and worst of all it's via DPD. I won't raise the scoring here until that is no longer the case, every single DPD parcel I get is sent to some shop miles away despite me being at home waiting for it, because the driver can't be bothered.

If i could give zero stars i would! Non existent customer service, ridiculously long delivery and dispatch times! An English website but ships from belgium.. will not be using again
