DD Hammocks Opiniões

Beautiful tarp (4 x 4), excellent quality. This is built to last!

Ordered a paracord bracelet, but the wrong colour was delivered. The proper colour bracelet was sent without extra cost and even the custom clearance was paid. Good and swift service highly recommended.

Great products! Great customer service! I cant recommend them enough!! I use their products on a daily basis! Superb quality!

Excellent!
Super quick dispatch from DD Hammocks. Delighted with the items I ordered and will definitely order from this company again.

Fast delivery of a great item. Easy to add the various things needed for the item to be used (pegs, guy ropes and cords). Great supplier.

Products are excellent and great value for money … customer service outstanding too …. Always look to DD first

Just want to say I’ve had the swiftest response and resolution to an email order query in the history of responses and resolutions. Vikki in the sales team was extremely friendly, courteous and really exemplified a customer focused service delivery and is an amazing asset to the company. I can’t wait to get the order to get out and test it now.

Sehr gutes Tarp mit vielen Aufbaumöglichkeiten durch
Viele große Laschen und den zusätzlichen Druckknöpfen super Qualität würde ich mir wieder
kaufen

I am new to the world of wild camping, and everywhere I asked for the best tarp options (on twitter, Reddit, YouTube) I was consistently pointed in the direction of DD Hammocks.

The price was mote reasonable compared to the other options, and considering what I had heard about the quality of the brand - it was a no brainer.

I ordered the 3x3 Tarp and was also their Travel Hammock / Bivi - a very unique and practical bit of kit that I had no idea existed. Anyways, great products, solid build quality - had I minor issue with the Travel Hammock so am having that replaced.

This brings me into my next point of praise - the whole exchange process regarding the Hammock has been seemless. And even prior to this when I enquired about other products on their site they were happy to help, informative and very friendly. Even things such as emails are responded to by people, rather than automated messages made it such a great experience.

This is one of the best customer experiences I have ever had online, and this alone has put my trust in the company and I will definitely be looking to by from them again when I need a new bit of gear. It’s hardly like their product prices break the bank (definitely not when considering their quality), but I would always say to pay the extra bit for a trusty and reliable brand like DD Hammocks, rather than opting for a slightly cheaper option on other websites just for the sake of a few pounds.

Nothing but positives for DD Hammocks.

Don't order here from EU you will pay 30% on top. If you don't accept you will pay for the shipping.
I ordered Gear for 135£. All shipping costs include.
No information in the webside or from customer service about the VAT, Duties, custom clearance charge, financal surecharge.
Adding up to estimated 63€, if the value changes you agree to pay the difrences top.
1* for friendly customer service that couldn't help.

I have bought various products from DD Hammocks in the past few years including Hammocks, Tarps and sleeping bags. Their products are top quality and excellent value for money.
Their delivery service is amazing and their customer service is super friendly and helpful.

I’ve bought a lot of DD products including tarps, poles, hammocks and accessories. All have been excellent and the service supplied by the DD shop is also excellent. Also - and this is a big one for me - Apple Pay! So easy! Well done DD.

DD Hammocks and Tarps are almost impossible to beat in my mind.
The products are constantly being improved on year on year, the kit is very affordable and you can tailor and adapt to your taste as your experience requires.
There service and reliability is second to none…… in my opinion this company excels at every stage of the customer experience, and I would like to add that I am in no way affiliated with DD, I’m just a long standing honest and proud customer… Thank you all at DD … amazing !!

Had a problem with my order due to Brexit unusual border control. The people at DD Hammocks were very helpful and informative. They helped me figure out what was going on and eventually because of events out of their control I got refunded for the package I didn't receive.
The package I did receive contained the tarps I ordered. I chose super light Tarps olive green. The quality was very good as expected. I recommend!

Excellent prompt service, top quality products that make you come back for more. Realistic prices for what you get and friendly, helpful staff.

Recently bought my first DD tarp and it changed my camping and bushcraft experience tenfold.

Looking to buy on of their hammocks now and got in touch with customer services, reply before 10am after emailing on the late hours, great customer service and not a standard template

Their videos on YouTube and information on their website is above and beyond. I am a little gutted they don't offer student discount but thrilled that they support the emergency services, armed forces and the Scouts.

Highly recommend

I would highly recommend DD Hammocks to everyone, I’ve used their tarps for years to great success and decided to try a hammock, it came within 48 hours of ordering which was most impressive. Ordered Monday and it was on my doorstep Wednesday afternoon. The packaging, product, and the literature that came with it was spot on. Great company to deal with and I’m very glad I ordered direct instead of from a third party.

Third time I’ve used DD Tarps. Really good quick service. No fuss or nonsense. Their tarps and hammocks are really good quality.

Couldn't fault DD Hammocks in anyway, a first class service all round. I only ordered a product yesterday and it was on my doorstep before lunch today, ordering from them is so simple and they offer a massive range of outdoor equipment,I'll definitely be recommending DD Hammocks to all my friends.

Excellent service and top quality products. Bought the Super Saver combo. Came with everything in to set up for a night under the stars, only needed to add my sleeping bag. They also provide video tutorials on their website and other media platforms, so you won't be left in the dark as to what to do to set up. Comfy lay and sleep, robustly built kit. I'm very happy with my purchase. I changed the pegs out for some titanium ones I had but the originals are sufficient. Can also confirm the tarp is waterproof. Has to be with British summers lol.
